The variety of things to do ;bowling, pool and sauna, gym etc. Really liked the starbucks located in the lobby and the breakfast at the garden cafe was good.
They were unable to handle a full room for dinner. We waited over an hour for our food to come. We were a large group but food came out in waves and not always what was ordered. Some people were done eating when others first got there food. Not acceptable
The band 'Katrina Love and the synergy band' We were booked into a OFF Service room #224. I have pictures. This was the room assigned to us since I requested a higher floor room. The woman who checked us in must have thought this would be funny since she didnt like my request for a room on a high fl.

a great family resort
Reliable, good location, would stay again.
Not much It is a run down hotel. There was a smell in the hotel that I smelled the minute we walked in. It never went away. My daughter complained of a ringing in her ears all night. Something was buzzing in our room. I thought I really overpaid for this hotel and am not happy about it. Also as we were packing things in our car, many of the cleaning staff were standing outside the door we used to go to car smoking cigarettes. They propped the door open to do this so the smoke smell was coming into the hotel. We had to walk past them and the smoke and smell of their cigarettes. This is something I absolutely despise. Employees smoking right outside a place.
only place near where my work took me cigarette smoke permeates hall and lobby. bad decor. not clean. 3 surrounding rooms full of large group of men eating smelly food and socializing in the hall in their underwear. Classy!
Although it could use some updating, the rooms where very clean. The owner was very nice. I liked that they had seating and bbq's around the property that made it feel quaint. There are also gorgeous gardens w/ info about the plants. would def. recommend
The grounds were very nice and staff was very friendly. The rooms were old and falling apart. But they were clean.
I can deal with staying at a moderately run-down facilitiy, if I were getting a low enough price to boot. Certainly $89 was too much for this, however I needed a place in a pinch. When I arrived, your front desk person nor manager was anywhere to be found. I admit that I got there at 12:30 AM, but a reservation was made and it should be honored. Another couple was there as well, looking for their room. The sign on the desk said "if not here, call this #". We called and simply heard the phone ringing in the adjacent room, unanswered. Fortunately, after much searching, the lady of the other couple was able to locate the desk man at about 1 AM. Although the room cleanliness was somewhat bearable, and the mattress decent, clear signs of neglect were apparent: electrical wiring exposed, bathroom tile chipped, and rug stains. And although I had no intention of using it, the pool was shut down for repairs. The morning staff was nicer I admit (and actually there!!). I checked out peacefully and left. Knights Inn is not known for being "top-of-the-line", but it can be a much better go-to name if they simply took care of the little problems, and made their places habitable. Probably not staying here again, unless there's a major change in ownership or attitude.
Everything was horrible
The room was very large, the bed was comfortable, it was very quiet and we got a good night sleep. The people who worked there were nice and helpful. It's the opposite of luxurious, but our daughter was at a nearby camp and we needed a place to stay overnight, so it got the job done. The internet barely worked, the pool was closed, and "breakfast" was so pathetic that we were laughing. Overall, it felt a little creepy, but really it was fine, just run-down.
Nothing Puke stains on room floor, bug bites from bed, rude staff.
