9.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to venue we were attending
Cons: Overpriced
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for one night after a concert at Bethel Woods... location was perfect for us the room and bathroom were spotless. Our after hours arrival was no problem at all. The grounds were planted with flowering vines, native fern, shrubs, trees, perennials. It was nice to stroll around at night checking everything out. Not a fancy place by any stretch but exactly right for us.
Cons: My only complaint is people complaining about this one of a kind establishment. Don't have unrealistic expectations and you will not be disappointed.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic. A couple of minutes from Bethel woods. Joe the owner and the staff are great. ROOMS and garden. Lovely signs with names of all plants and flowers
Cons: All was perfect. A true 'Woodstock experience', in a wonderful countryside
9.3 Excellent
Pros: My son and I are making a driving trip for several days. The owner was friendly, helpful with all sorts of suggestions. The room was modest, but clean and completely satisfactory. Price was very reasonable. I would stay there again, and recommend this place to others.
Cons: The Wi-Fi was a bit weak - my computer couldn’t access the internet. My phone did.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved Fosterdale, the flowers, gardens, staff and Management Joe....was so helpful in every way. I would certainly say it was an excellent place to stay in every way I was very happy. I was there for a wedding and saw so many interesting places.
Cons: Nothin.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The yard and gardens were exceptional. Close to several exciting things to see.
Cons: Nothing
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to Bethel Woods. Clean. Friendly staff. Microwave, refrigerator. Early check-in.
Cons: Smallest shower I’ve ever seen. WiFi didn’t work. Poor cell service. TV difficult to use, no instructions.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. It's a quirky place, and you can tell someone was having fun pulling it all together. There are cool street signs from big cities, labeling of the plants in the garden for those who can't tell a hydrangea from a forsythia. It was nice to see the care taken with the place.
Cons: The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbors. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. The bed was semi-comfortable. The linens were clean, but nothing fancy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice little place to stay, closest to Bethel Woods after a concert.

5.8 Okay
Pros: It was in a good location the an event at bethel woods.
Cons: The check out staff was not overly friend.
7.0 Good
Pros: Place is great. Things to do for everyone and all ages. Rooms are outdated. Our room had ants everywhere room 112.
7.0 Good
Pros: The pools were nice and we enjoyed going to bingo at 4pm. Staff was friendly.
Cons: The food in the hotel dining areas was terrible. Also, the cots at the poolside were uncomfortable; placed very close together and you had to get up 8 o'clock in the morning to reserve a spot at the pool.
4.5 Okay
Pros: the weather
Cons: hotel is old and needs a lot of attention
8.3 Excellent
Pros: September very helpful. a great time was had by all. The rooms were extremely clean. A good value.
Cons: The people at the front desk were rude and not helpful.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was a beautiful area.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was big, the facilities were cleanly and nice. The front desk staff was amazing!
Cons: The beds were not comfortable at all, me and my partner woke up sore and hurting. Then I got a charge off my credit card, for breakfast. That I wasn’t suppose to pay for (it was supposed to be including in my room rate).
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing to do
Cons: There is nothing to do
5.8 Okay
Cons: The front desk clerk was curt and unhelpful and took a full 30 minutes to check in with only one person ahead of me at 12:00am. Had to ask where to park and luckily a guy walking by said there was valet parking as the parking lot was a good distance walk (I'm a city girl so walking is not a problem for me)and at 12:30am, I wasn't in the mood for a hike with bags in tow. Then, I was given a large ice cold room with a handicap bathroom. The shower was very uncomfortable and akward for me, although I imagine it is a great shower if one is handicapped. When I talked to the manager, his excuses where irrelevent to me as a guest. I booked properly and their system failed, not or mine, their's failed, I shouldnt have had to suffer that. A great customer service trained desk clerk would've recognized the problem and made it better, not worse for a traveler at 12:30 am in the middle of nowhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kid friendly my son absolutely loved it
Cons: Not enough towels by the pool
7.0 Good
Pros: We have been to Villa Roma before when we visited family and the place including the rooms were looking worn and tired. The room we stayed in this time looked to be newly renovated and was very nice. If I knew all the rooms were like this I would give Villa Roma an excellent rating! I hope that when I go back the next time the room will be as nice.
Cons: My only complaint was when I asked for a Western Omelet at breakfast instead of ham, peppers and onion mixed in with the eggs, peppers, onion and tomato and no ham were mixed in. That is not a Western. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was ok.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was clean. Great staff.. very accommodating. .
Cons: Pool needed to be cleaned more often . Starbucks is poorly run. Understaffed and long wait time for coffee or icecream.
