Great breakfast, great location
The rooms don’t look like they did online
Service wasnt the best compare to other places, room for 4 and they just put two towells. They charge us extra for staying longer. Not very freindly staff.
Location is good, but the others are so unsatisfying
I liked that they had complimentary valet and that they let us check in 2 hours before check-in time.
Not clean. The shower was gross. Water head was sensitive. Lighting was horrible except for bathroom. Called guest services to ask if they had room service, they ask what room I'm in, then proceeds to say no and rudely hangs up. WOW.
Bathrooms are not so clean, specifically the showers.
One look at the Aloft Cancun in the Zona Hotelera region of Cancun, Mexico and you will be won over. Just steps from the Cancun International Convention Center (it actually provides direct access to the building), it is also steps from Marlin Beach, and a short drive to such attractions as the Maya Cancun Museum, El Rey archaeological site, the Cancun Underwater Museum, Parque las Palapas, Beto Avila Stadium and all kinds of shopping and dining. The Cancún International Airport is only ten miles from the hotel, and half a dozen amazing beaches are less than two thousand feet from the premises.
Whether visiting for the amazing golfing, the sightseeing, the natural and historic sites, the ocean and beaches, or a bit of everything, it is all within minutes of this boutique hotel. Yet, it is also packed with many premium amenities of its own. These include the re:charge gym, the outdoor pool area, and the Vlue Spa offering massages and other treatments. There is also a delicious buffet breakfast, Nook (the in-house restaurant serving all three meals each day), a bar, pet-friendly policies, a tour desk, business services, free Wi-Fi, parking and free bike rentals, among other amenities.
The rooms range from lagoon and ocean view rooms to suites, but all will include climate controls, separate sitting areas, bottled water, 24-hour room service, mini-bars, beverage stations, entertainment systems with HD TVs and cable service, large and private baths with signature toiletries, and premium bedding and décor.
Remarkably attractive and amenities-rich, the Aloft Cancun is a great choice for almost any visitor to this popular destination.
