Friendly staff and comfortable
Close to beach
The rooms where dusty. Expensive for parking, resort fee & you didn’t get much besides a pool that is mediocre. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
We loved how clean the room was. The bed was super comfortable. We loved our pool and ocean view room. The best part was the distance to the ocean and easy access.
Nothing it was perfect!
Bartenders were rude when I didn’t even drink. Valet put scratches on my gf’s brand new jeep, & took 15-20min to get car pulled around when there was no one waiting in front of us
Did early check in on Hilton Honors app, got a great room with a view. But then digital key didn’t work, they said to come to the front desk and turns out we got a worse room. Either it’s a problem with the app or the hotel, but was very disappointing to be treated that way.
short drive to Legoland
cleanliness of all areas including mold on the shower curtain, ants in the room, water and sand on the floor of the elevators
Really needs a refurb and a new chef
Rooms old, carpet grubby, Restaurant below average.
We loved everything the moment we walked in! Thank you for making our mini moon perfect, Cape Rey!
Chandlers and check out
Food was awful, I would have expected better especially considering the simplicity of my order and the cost. I ordered a cheeseburger which was burned and the worst quality. The pizza I ordered tasted like cardboard. When I was checking out I waited about 5 minutes for the front desk agent to come back, she came up from the hallway with a cup of coffee in hand and didn't even apologize for the wait.
Lovely Weekend Getaway
Cape Rey was a lovely place to stay and I wouldn't mind coming back for a longer stay. Only had the chance to spend a beautiful weekend there, can't imagine how amazing it'd be in the summer. Staff was very helpful, approachable and kind.
I like the location
I was promised a ocean view I got a parking l
