Pros. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. Staff was very friendly.
Cons. The room was very humid and damp making everything feel wet. There was also a very musty smell. The remote didn’t work very well and the plugs were dated making my items that I plugged in just fall right out of the socket. There were not many amenities in the room and there was no information about the area around the hotel. Was not worth the price in my opinion.

Very old outdated single pane windows that let in Very Loud Freeway Sounds and very unwanted Heat and equally as old A/C units that put out about as much cool air as a small cup of ice a gentleman on the ground floor had a water pipe bust in his room wall that flooded his room and Bed! poor Ol dude..the manager told him nothing he could do for him because maintenance crews are not in yet..I was shocked by that response which was just plain wrong..all in all it provided us a place to shower an rest for family fun at the beach 3 1/2 stars from me could of been a 5 star if I didn't witness the Ol dude be treated very poorly

Cons. I was given the wrong room. Paid for a king suite. Because I'm 6'6" tall I need a king. I was told the room I had to stay in, which had a queen and bunk beds for some reason..lead to getting 4 hours of rough sleep. I had high expectations after upgrading and paying for a King Suite. Very disappointed. Won't be returning. I asked the girl from escondido at the front desk to get me into ANY other room that had a king bed and she did nothing to accommodate my needs(and what I was just upcharged for) .and blamed everything that was a problem against online updates that supposedly had not yet been completed. I eventually got tired of the bickering of the girl working the lobby claiming nothing was Her fault and everything was out of her control..so to avoid being any later to my appointment which I was already going to be late for..I decided to march back up to the sub par room and go on with my night. D-
