Pros: Stunning design, great staff and well-located. We were blown away.
Pros: Dog friendly! Staff was very pleasant!
Cons: Expensive if you don't get a good deal.
Pros: Very pet friendly. Beautiful Spa bathroom. Exceptional staff.
Cons: Craziness in hallway til 5:30 AM. I Didn't complain, but children yelling & doors slamming. Kept myself & dog up. No big deal, we will survive.
Cons: Everything was great besides the pillows. They were very firm.
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Cons: Parking is very expensive @ $35/per night, plus it's valet which means tipping on top of that. I paid $80 for 2 nights.
Pros: We loved the decor and ridiculously friendly and helpful staff. Room service food from The Commoner was also excellent.
Cons: Short water did not get hot and at one point was down right cold. Valet took quite a while to retrieve car. In-room phones were not properly dialing to where they were supposed to.
At Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from PNC Park and Monongahela Incline. Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at The Commoner, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms at this luxurious hotel offer up nice touches like bathrobes and designer toiletries, along with 24-hour room service and flat-screen TVs.
Cons: I did not stay at this hotel due to overbooking.
booked reservation through Kyak on Saturday 8/8/15; received e-mail later in the afternoon indicating hotel was full; I was informed Kyak booked a room at another hotel which was about 39 miles from current location which was unacceptable.
I was able to book at Hampton Inn on McKnight Rd directly myself. I am disappointed in reservation desk at Hampton Inn-Downtown and Kyak for not recommending McKnight Rd location
Pros: Clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful as well. Breakfast was great and the location was an easy and short walk to the convention center and a number of restaurants. Will definitely book here again for future trips.
Pros: The room was amazing! Best price, location, and comfort. Has free parking for hotel guests which is amazing since most parking in Pittsburgh is valet or pay to park. Since you have free parking you can walk anywhere in downtown- amazing! Great staff! I had to check in earlier to get ready for my cousin's wedding and they were very accommodating. I haven't stayed in this nice of a hotel and great price, during Labor Day weekend mind you, in a very long time. Also they have a small market in the hotel and complimentary coffee all day! Good coffee with options.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast but it was included and had basic breakfast options.
Pros: It was close to the stadiums and food venues. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The price was a little salty, but not bad for a city.
Pros: Came to the Hampton Inn to see a DJ at STATIC nightclub which was only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Wonderful stay, our two queen and sofa suite was HUGE! The pool & HOT tub were very pleasant. Soo glad we booked a room here, had a fantastic night in Pittsburg!

Cons: Hair dryer was horrible. Using the room's central heating vent would probably have been faster. Parking is expensive ($20) but very easy to park with tons of spaces.
Pros: Extremely clean, spacious rooms (and a giant shower), and amenities that kept us comfortable and well-accommodated
Pros: It is a new hotel and was spotless. The Staff was experienced and most helpful.
Cons: The TV channels were listed, but there was no information about what was showing.
Pros: Our room was the perfect size and has a very nice kitchen area. The man at the front desk drove us in the shuttle to dinner because it was raining. The front desk staff were very helpful!
Cons: Paying to park
The Hyatt House Pittsburgh Bloomfield Shadyside hotel is conveniently located to Downtown Pittsburgh and just minutes away from Oakland, home to University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. With neighboring hospitals UPMC Shadyside and UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, this hotel in Pittsburgh is just a short walk or shuttle ride from everything you need. Enjoy some of Pittsburghs prime shopping and dining experiences in the Bloomfield and Shadyside neighborhoods.
Pros: The hotel has a unique layout - several buildings over a few blocks, including some stairs just to reach the front desk (in fairness, I didn't seek out an elevator). Once I found the front desk, the staff was great, letting me check in early and giving me advice for wandering on my own. They gave me a gift bag full of snacks and drinks, offered me additional water and cookies, and ensured me that I could store my luggage after checkout. I was in building F, across the street, and my suite was large and comfortable. I realized at 11pm that I'd forgotten toothpaste, and they brought it right away. When I came back to get my luggage, they let me use a model room on the first floor to change my clothes and offered me snacks, tea, and coffee. Overall, a really nice experience and a perfectly located hotel, just a 10-15 min walk from shops, restaurants, universities, and convenient to the bus lines.
Cons: The hotel is split among a few blocks and there are some stairs that I couldn't find ways around. Luckily my luggage was light and easily maneuvered since I didn't have a car or another person to help, but if you are not traveling light or have accessibility concerns, I would check with them in advance.
Pros: staff was very helpful, was able to get me a quiet room, building was next to cute shopping area, loved the snack bag
Cons: They have a few nearby buildings, so you might not know where exactly you will end up
Pros: Unique wxpeeience loved it
Pros: Lots of room
Lots of beds
Living room, kitchen, dining room
Fun, young, chatty, happy, welcoming, smart humans running the front desk
Cons: Parking appeared limited, although we never had a problem and there is supposedly an overflow lot down the block. Too many delicious free cookies. :)
Pros: The two bedrooms were great! We enjoyed the overall space.
Cons: Climbing steps is not my favorite thing to do. But, after reaching
the top, everything was great. Maybe seniors could be given the first floor.

Pros: Location. Easy to book very clean. Everything we needed was available
Pros: Neat, clean, up to date, spacious, convenient!!
Cons: Not a thing. Perfect
I would stay there again
Pros: There is plenty of space, and it doesn't feel like a hotel. I parked in the garage, which is a tight squeeze, but was really nice since it snowed!
Cons: I don't think you can control the thermostat. It was a little too warm at night. This is better than too cold, since it was winter.
Pros: Huge apartment , immaculate and quiet. Really a wonderful value. Doesnt look like much outside but the unit was great. Will definitely stay again.
Cons: Bathtub drain stopper didnt work.
Pros: The studio apartment was large and well-equipped. Qiet area. Close to where we needed to be
Cons: No dislikes
Cons: It was not a hotel. Misleading ad, it was a house with very small and claustrophobic apartment. Upon arrival we called the owner and left immediately. Will make sure any plans will be made with well known reputable hotel/motel chains.
Pros: Great location. Homey.
Cons: A/C only for living room but none provide in sleeping area so it got very hot and stuff. Very impersonal--didn't interact with a human during the entire visit not even for check-in or check-out. Decor is comfortable but dated.
This is really an apartment building that rents by the night week or month. No front desk or services. Suited me perfectly as I wanted to prepare my own meals.
Pros: Full kitchen, spacious efficiency, nice neighborhood 10 min drive from downtown. Rite Aid and Aldi on corner.
Cons: Stairs only - hard to drag luggage up to third floor.
Location was good. Incredibly easy instructions were provided for our late check-in.
Pros: I don't usually write reviews for places I've stayed - unless there was some kind of extraordinary circumstance. That said; Robert was extremely accomodating. My friend and I had some crazy schedules and Rob was helpful in more ways than one!
Pros: Location, availability of owner 24/7, furnishings
Cons: no coffee in the room
Pros: Excellent service, and very nice room. Highly recommend as an alternative to a Hotel stay. Friendship Suites was private, accommodating, and clean. A+!!
Pros: The customer service
Cons: It was really not a hotel....it was more of a boarding house or temporary apartment. So we really felt unprepared for the need to even bring our own coffee and the area was not very near downtown as it was described as.
Cons: They overbooked and had to send me to another hotel which wasn't nearly as nice. They did try to make it up to me but it was a huge nuisance to have to pack up and relocate after the first night at the Drury.
Pros: The ambiance of the front lobby. Lots of stone and arches, Starbucks and a fancy restaurant if that is your thing. Brought us champagne for anniversary which was nice. Bed was crazy comfortable and I even liked the pillows.
Cons: No microwave in unit. Had a fridge but nothing to heat up food. And to get one required them to bring it to your room for $10. The restaurants and speak easy were expensive. Maybe that is me though. I guess I expected more based on the reviews.
Pros: Walking distance to everything. King suite made me feel at home. Old absolute beautiful. Starbucks on site. Staff friendly.
Cons: Parking 36 bucks. But your in the city
Pros: Elegant and clean hotel with friendly staff.
Cons: Parking. Cost.
Pros: The hotel is so beautiful. It is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to everything. The bed is so comfortable. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.
Cons: The staff was not always very friendly...very helpful but not friendly (with the exception of our bell hop). There is no parking. My bath tub had a loud dripping faucet (room 931).
Pros: Beautiful hotel with a friendly accomidating staff. I would highly recommend.
Cons: The faucet and outlet fell off during our stay.
Pros: We loved the stay for Mother's Day there food was excellent 5 star the room was little pricey and valet is 34 dollars over night but was one hell of a time, they have a speak easy in down stairs we didn't get in due to closed on Sunday's but love to go next time, the room was a king suite it was nice the bathroom too was nice we had great stay
Cons: Id say my wife's favorite thing was the food she was in love with there breakfast and the waiter we had was great, the front desk got us reservations at capital grille around the block which was great, only thing we did want was to visit a spa the hotel didn't have one or a pool but we still had fun thanks see you again !!!
Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The gym was one of the nicest of any hotel I'd been to.
Cons: The building lends itself to poor cell signals and the wi-fi is not free. Which is absurd. What year is it?
Cons: When we checked in, we were told since we booked with an "outside" agency, we wouldn't get "credit" towards our Omni select membership, but we would still get free wifi and free coffee in the morning. However, I was delivered a bill with a charge for wifi. When I checked out, the woman at the desk was a bit brusque about it. She said we did not qualify for free wifi or coffee since we booked through an outside agency, but after I explained that's not what I was told on check-in, she then said she would give me a one time courtesy. I did not like how she handled this, and that's why I gave a three star for staff.
Pros: The location is great and having both the Tap Room, Terrace Room, and room service was nice. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby is beautiful too.
Cons: Some of the rooms were quite substandard and badly in need of renovation with absurdly tiny bathrooms. More like a 1-2 star level of hotel than supposedly 4. The hotel windows didn't seem to be the usual double paned, and let quite a bit of city noise in, especially as there was construction from 8am-7pm during the week. The floor were also noisy....it seemed like most guests felt a need to slam their hotel doors constantly. Also, the lack of a minibar in the room was quite odd for this level of hotel.
Cons: Faulty outlet that gave my husband a nasty shock and was out of order.
Coffee pot was missing the basket to brew coffee and one in adjoining room didn't work either.
$10 for a bottle of water?! Nothing is complementary anymore, is it?
The historic Omni William Penn Hotel is opposite Steel Plaza T Station in downtown Pittsburgh. Guests can walk 4 blocks to Heinz Hall for the Performing Arts, or drive 10 minutes to the Andy Warhol Museum, the largest museum in the United States devoted to the works of a single artist.
Pros: The service and amenaties were Excellent and every emmployee was attentive and efficient.
Pros: Great location, nice sized rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really nice spa and gym. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I would expect to find in fine lodging.
Cons: Only real complaint was finding a bucket of fried chicken (several days old) in the mini fridge of the room we stayed in....
Pros: Room was spacious and well adorned, view of the stadium and river was beautiful, and the building itself has a sleek elegance that can't be overstated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at Habitat and Andy's, while expensive, was delicious. We stayed for the first time on Valentine's day and plan on doing the same next year.
Cons: The price is excessive, nearly $400 for one night. While you certainly get what you pay for, I would recommend staying elsewhere unless you can justify this kind of expenditure as it really is a one a year kind of splurge for us. You also have to pay for wi-fi ($15 a day) which is just silly considering the cost to stay.
Pros: Definitely a top-notch hotel. Everything you would expect when staying somewhere at this price point.
Cons: I second the other comment about the nickel and diming. Valet and Wifi should be included in the cost of your stay.
Also, I was very unimpressed by the food at the hotel bar, Andy's. I wouldn't have minded the fact it was so overpriced as can be expected at a hotel, but the Angus sliders had no taste. We should have made a quick walk over to Primanti Brothers which is only about 5 minutes away on the square.
Pros: Everything. The staff, location, food, views, rooms, spa, etc. Top hotel
Cons: 2 things only. 15usd for wifi per day? Too expensive! It should have free wifi. And the parking, 32dls for the day, also very expensive. In others top hotels they dont charge you for that, its complementary, just like wifi. But here, is a rip off

From the entertainment and financial districts to world-class sports facilities, Fairmont Pittsburgh is the ideal "home base". We are proud to be the only LEED Gold certified hotel in Pittsburgh.
Pros: Rooms were very clean, tidy, and for the price, seemed to be in great condition.
The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good quality. Not the usual pancakes you get at a hotel.
Overall the experience was excellent, with no complaints.
Cons: Not much to complain about. Everything was excellent.
Pros: We loved the room with king bed and big shower!
Cons: Parking was a bit crazy on Friday night! But we would stay there agin for sure!
Pros: We loved the bed. It was amazing
Cons: No breakfast included with the room.
Pros: For what I paid, I got a steal. The place is really nice, clean, and staff was friendly. I'm not sure if all the rooms are like the one I got but it had a bedroom and a separate living room. Very large space for a 2 year old to run around in. No free breakfast and it was a little pricey but worth it. I eat kinda healthy and the oatmeal and breakfast sandwiches were amazing... worth every penny. I wish more people stayed at this location because it deserves to be packed at all times. Great place, great location. Behind us was a pf changs, giant eagle market, and strip mall with useful shops in case you forget anything (like my jacket). highly recommend and I'm not a person that normally do reviews, but this hotel exceeded my expectations... Happy Birthday to me. Thanks.

Pros: The room had a fantastic view of the river (although it cost extra) and great decor.
Cons: after settling into the room for a little while; obvious dirty spots started to appear. Coffe spilt on the desk, yellow stains on the comforter, and hair in the bed.
Pros: Location and comfort
Cons: Parking is over priced and lack of pool/free breakfast for top dollars stay
Pros: The location was great, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was a little small for the price

Cons: Housekeeping left our door open for an entire day. Till 10 p.m. Anyone could have walked in and stolen computers. Anything at all. Wide open.
Luke warm apology from the manager. He didn't seem very interested.
Our 14-year-old was scared to stay after that. I paid for this????
No more Marriott for us.
Cons: Room was very clean. Great location.

Cons: Weak service staff; most of the electric blinds in room didn't work so couldn't open to enjoy view; housekeeping didn't clean room during our two day stay; ran out of toilet tissue (no extra in room) and called to request some be sent up – returned later to find a couple rolls left on the desk (empty bathroom roll not changed); A/C controls not calibrated, hard to control temp; water pressure in shower pathetically weak. Front doors to hotel not set up to open to allow you to wheel in luggage easily. Front desk on 25th floor with no noticeable sign or attendant in ground floor lobby to explain where to go.
Hotel has great potential, but doesn't have its game together yet.

Pros: The location was a stone's throw from 376 so it was convenient for traveling downtown. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a free breakfast.
Pros: The room was clean and updated, had a fridge/microwave/kurig all very needed! Frent desk/ housekeeping Staff were super friendly and helpful. The ladies helping with breakfast were happy to help assist us with requests and had great positive attitude! We've never stay at Holiday Inn before but I was so satisfied with our stay we will definitely be booking with you guys again!
Pros: The shuttle around town was great.
Pros: The location was very convenient. It was an easy 5 minute drive to the ballpark. The shuttle service to the downtown area was great. This is a good location to stay when going to a ballgame in Pittsburgh.
Pros: clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful
Cons: difficult to find
Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet location, good overall selection at breakfast.
Cons: Location was not ideal while the highway nearby is under construction - lots of traffic on the side streets.
Pros: The hotel was very clean with a good breakfast
Cons: Was in town for the Steelers game. Public transit and access in Pittsburgh (in general) is a big pain and the location of the hotel doesn't help even though it is relatively close to downtown. The shuttle never ran on time and therefor made other arrangements for my airport run as I was worried I would be late.
Pros: The staff is very friendly!
The room was clean and comfortable
Cons: breakfast is okay, way too much plastic
Pros: Easy access, quick check-in, and clean room.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was pretty standard, which means not very good.
Pros: It's a Holiday Inn Express. The facility was clean, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location near the ballpark was great. Now that that's out of the way, what you want to know is what makes this place better than the rest. You learn a lot about a hotel when the staff is under duress. How do they perform? What is their temperament, their professionalism. I saw it on 8/3/15. Housekeeping was short staffed and the linens came back late from the cleaners. There was a line of impatient people waiting to check in at 6:00pm and their were no rooms that were ready. All the staff could do was apologize and give away upgrades. But through it all, the staff remained polite, positive and helpful. The manager was called and he came and addressed the line of impatient people and explained what was happening. You know what he was doing before he came over? He was folding towels and helping out where he could. This is the place you want to stay. They will do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable even when they are having one of the worst days possible.
Pros: Reasonably good breakfast.
Cons: Room heater was not sufficiently powerful. Temperature kept on dropping through the night. By morning, there was difference of as much as 4 degrees between room temperature and set temperature.
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. A nice place!

Pros: Every single person on the staff was so nice, so courteous, and so professional. It really makes a difference. Our special thanks to John at the front desk and Matika, who drove us in the shuttle.
Cons: The bed pillows. Too fat/full!!!
Pros: I stayed here only because of the location. I needed to be in Shadyside. The hotel itself is okay, clean and safe. The rooms are large and well-appointed.
Cons: The valet parking is not ideal: not just the cost, but having to wait for someone to bring the car and tip all the time. The food in the restaurant was not good at all; luckily, there is a Starbucks attached to the hotel and a Panera across the street.
Discover the Courtyard Pittsburgh Shadyside that is ideally located just minutes from the heart of the universities in Oakland. Pros: My husband and I needed a place to stay while in town. It was clean, quiet and totally worth the money. I used to travel for work and wish I would have known of this option during that time. Full size fridge, dishwasher, sink, cook top burners plus ample cooking/counter space. The bed and sheets were comfy, too. Overall, I have no complaints. You will be near local shopping and dining.
Cons: I smelled smoke through the vents in the bathroom. There were two concerts in town the night before (also our reason for being there) and the elevator was a bit scary. It wouldn't let us up on the third floor. We had to go to two, let the doors open, THEN push three.
Cons: All the rooms are supposed to be non smoking. But they are not. If you are stuck with a smokey room. Tough luck. Don't expect any help.
Pros: Very clean, courtesy staff, amenities were awesome. I love local was a night getaway will be my hotel of choice from now on, GREAT VALUE!
Cons: Just that we had to leave!

Pros: Loved the location - right next door to Consol Energy Center and we were staying the night after a Pens game.
Cons: There were red spots on the carpet and walls that could have been cleaned better. the light fixture cover on the light switch in the bathroom was broken - had a big piece of plastic missing.
Pros: Price point was cheaper than other options within walking distance to the David Lawrence convention center. The room was spacious and appeared to have been recently updated.
Cons: The room overlooked the front awning where visitors can drop off luggage. The awning is sloped and water aggregates in pools at the back end of the awning right in front of my room's window. It looked pretty disgusting and they probably need to clean it or should have putt a better drainage system/slope to the awning. The bed sheets had a subtle stench to them. The sink must have been clogged because it would quickly fill to the brim if left running. The shower was also a little grimy and the drain cover came off when I bumped into it with my foot.
For the decrease in price compared to the other hotels near the convention center I think I could have done better.
Pros: Great location, quiet (even on a game night), spacious rooms & beds, clean rooms & common areas, free shuttle around town (even from location to location). I've stayed at 5 different hotels in downtown PGH; this may be my favorite.
Cons: My only complaint is that I had my mother in law with me who is quick to complain about anything (but she had no complaints about this hotel). My only suggestion is that if you want to sleep past 9 am, put your do not disturb sign out the night before so housekeeping isn't knocking on your door. I appreciated the knock, however, to help get my daughter out of bed.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the room was very stylish and modern. Elevators were fast and convenient. Location to Consol center was ideal for Penguins game.
Cons: Paying for parking, no breakfast included, and the walla were a bit thin. The housekeeping crew was very loud in the morning cleaning rooms next to ours.
Pros: Shuttle service
Cons: Restaurant hours

Cons: The room wasn't ready so they took down my number at 2:45pm and told me they would call when it was ready. I went out around town and came back at 9pm to ask if my room was ready because I still did not receive a call. Terrible follow up and organization!
Also - while my room was getting ready, the women at the front desk told me I could use the shower in the fitness area to get ready. I went into the women's locker room and there was a male cleaning it, therefore I couldn't even use it. The locker rooms were awful aesthetically and need to be revamped ASAP.
The only service that was great was the bell hop/concierge where we left our bags. The gentlemen there was very helpful, friendly, and inviting.
Pros: Location is near all the bars and restaurant. Very close walk to Point Park .
Cons: Not very friendly staff. They told me that they was a shuttle thats take the guest around 1 mile radius which made me wait for about 45 mins until i had to arrange my own transportation.
Gave a twin bed for a single person
Pros: Friendly staff, speed of check-in and check-out, location
Cons: noise level, slow elevators, pricey
Pros: Poor service. Construction projects have made mayhem. Front desk off in a corner. Staff frustrated and unhelpful. Guests were being sent to the Fairmont because they couldn't service their clients. Won't come back.
Pros: We didn't spend much time at the hotel except in the evening to comment on anything we liked about hotel. Staff was courteous.
Cons: The hotel was very noisy from midnight until 4 a.m. Had to call front desk at 1:30 a.m. to complain.

Pros: The staff was friendly and the shuttle service was great!
Cons: I reserved a room with two beds. When I checked in all they had to give me was a handicapped room with a single bed. My sister and I had to sleep in the one bed for the first night until they could get another room to move us to for the second night. We receive no compensation for being put in the wrong room, having to switch rooms, etc.
Cons: Not very clean.
Pros: Loved the shuttle to the Pirates game! What a luxury for us. Breakfast was great. Clean, friendly.
Cons: When we booked it, we thought a double was two beds. Had to sleep in a bed with my little son and the snoring drove him crazy!
Pros: We loved the daily shuttle ride so that we did not have to drive into the city. This saved us money for parking and headaches from the terrible traffic! It is very convenient on the hour and they will pick you up within 45 minutes of your call. The beds are cozy and the breakfast was good.
Cons: I had reserved a king bed room but they degraded the room to quin bed due to malfunction of the heater, WITHOUT any compensation!!!
In summary, We paid for the king bed and got the quin size bed.
Pros: Good room Layout, amenities
Free breakfast, good food selection
Relatively quiet facility
Pros: Clean, continental breakfast, pool, nice bathroom, comfy beds
Pros: It was a nice room overall and a great value for the price.
Cons: The sofa bed in the room was broken and uncomfortable
Pros: Cleanliness of the room; quick check in; very comfortable beds
Pros: Breakfast was great, and I really appreciated the hotel shuttle service. It made my weekend so much easier logistically.
Pros: My boyfriend and I were visiting Pittsburgh for our 8 year anniversary. The room was neat and clean and was very comfortable. I liked the foot stools with the couch and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot hairspray and they offered me a sample size as a replacement! I LOVED the 24 hour free coffee and tea bar. Not to mention the adorable cups and sleeves that were provided! Love the mustaches. Took advantage of this every day/night. The breakfast was wonderful too. The scrambled eggs were a little flavorless, but the egg omelets they had one day were delicious. Great variety and always stocked and seemed fresh. The pool was nice, but could get crowded. Seemed like they needed more lounge chairs. I also would prefer an indoor pool, but I got some sun, which was nice. My favorite part was location because it was a 10 minute drive to downtown, 20 minutes from the zoo, and 10 minutes from Robinson, where we had dinner one night. A quick note that the fridge and microwave are a nice touch even though we did not use them. We also didn't use the shuttle but always saw it at the doors, so it seemed to run all day. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we will stay again.
Cons: I did not like how thin the walls were. We could hear the TV of the person in the room next to us. There also was a "bachelorette party" happening across the hall and they were up several times during our first night's stay. They woke us up at 12am, 2 am, 5 am, and so on. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but the thin walls and doors made it easy to hear everything in the hallway and other rooms next to us. I also didn't like that parking was somewhat limited when we got back in the late evening. Other than that, this was a great hotel and we will return!

Pros: The staff was friendly but appeared overworked. The place was clean.
Cons: Our room wasn't ready upon arrival at 4:30 pm and the "5 minute delay" turned into 30 minutes. 25 minutes was due to the cleaning people but 5 minutes was due to the fact that the front desk person was called and told the room was ready but got distracted and didn't tell us. The people in the next room happened to come to the lobby, recognized us and told us the room had been ready for about five minutes. The front desk clerk apologized. Fiftenn minutes after we were in the room all power went out for about three minutes. An hour or so later the internet went out for a short time.
Cons: Wake up call an hour early. The system had not been changed to the time change. Annoying

Pros: Quality room and the staff were friendly.
Cons: The pillows sucked. That's seriously about the only thing even remotely negative about my experience.
