Pros: The staff The facilities The place and the calm The breakfast
Cons: May need a fan during hot weather
Pros: Fabulous breakfast, very friendly helpful hosts, beautiful garden
Pros: Better question is what is there not to like? Everything was perfect
Pros: This was hands down the most Beautiful welcoming place we have ever stayed. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The hosts couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. They recommended things and made dinner reservations for us. The pool was great to cool off in and we had the whole place to ourselves. Super relaxing. The breakfast was next level not just your usual cheese ham and croissants. Homemade Jams and preserves, Yoghurt with fruit from their garden. Tomatoes and Olive oil also from the garden, Honey from the neighbours. Cakes breads pastries, freshly squeezed juice. Nothing too much trouble. I will recommend to everyone and would love to go back and stay longer.
Cons: It was unseasonably hot and the room was a little warm so could have done with a fan or air con but it wasn't a big issue.
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic, the location was perfect - peaceful spot with idyllic surroundings, close to Uzès and Avignon. The pool was much needed and refreshing temperature. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, a great home from home.
Cons: It would have been great to have a small fridge and kettle in our room. No air con in the room, and it did get a bit hot. Possibly a little bit overpriced.
Pros: We absolutely LOVED our stay!! Sandra is the most incredible host and made sure we were as happy and comfortable as possible, we felt at home from the minute we stepped into her beautiful home. The breakfast, the pool, the recommendations and the hospitality were outstanding and we can safely say it's been our favourite place we've ever stayed. This place is a must!!!!
Pros: and there you are, after 10 hours of traveling. an oasis of peace, everything is touched with love and finished to perfection. a hostess who takes care of everything with love and passion. if it were just like that, that would make holiday perfect and the world a lot nicer. thanks for the fantastic food everything was super clean and hospitality that is memorabele.
Pros: This is a hidden gem in a spectacular part of France. Sandra & Yves are wonderful hosts and it was a privilege to be welcomed so warmly into their beautiful, comfortable and spotless home. It is all the little extra touches that make it so special.
Cons: There is nothing not to like.
Pros: The owner (Sandra) was so welcoming and friendly it was like visiting friends. She couldn’t do enough for us including bringing water melon and cold water to our seats by the pool. Breakfast was amazing and freshly made coffee on tap until we could take no more. An absolute Gem and was tempted to keep to myself but service like this needs to be shared.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. It’s a real home from home a great location with multiple restaurants all within 10 minutes.

Pros: This stay was the height of our trip. We had a room with a terrace on the 4th floor. Magical. Lots of room. Beautiful decor in a lovely village. The restaurant/pool area are amazing
Pros: Second time of staying and will be back again. Gorgeous setting, friendly staff, simple elegant rooms
Cons: The restaurant menu is amazing but after a long drive, some more simple menu options would have been good
Pros: Loved the buildings and the location. Very comfy rooms and a properly heated pool!
Cons: Drink and food were on the expensive side
Pros: Good location for exploring Provence. Very peaceful setting. Great pool area and courtyard. Some very nice restaurants in the village itself. Our sun terrace room was great for chilling out on and enjoying a glass of vino. Room kept lovely and clean throughout our stay. Restaurant, bar and valet parking staff friendly and helpful. The cheeky parrot.
Cons: Being charged 15 euros a night for a cot. Pool bar very overpriced. Not exactly a warm welcome from the reception staff. Lack of information on hotel facilities and activities/ places of interest in the area

Pros: Nice to be home away from home, host is awesome. When in southern France a must stay.
Cons: Room could use a little more light and it was a bit damp.
Pros: This is a beautiful oasis... the interior patio, which is open to the garden, is inviting and has kitchen, lounge area, very relaxing. There are hammocks, a wonderful tub, and the most friendly doggie anywhere, whose purpose is to have his belly rubbed and steal his Maman's pillows! The town is a short walk uphill with good food, and beautiful views. We loved the area. Our hostess is lovely, full of great suggestions, conversation, and smiles. Very attentive. If you are in good shape, don't miss Les Baux Du Provence and the quarry neaby with light show. it's way better than it sounds on paper.
Cons: WiFi was spotty, but that is common on our travels.

Pros: La bastide is an oasis of calm and our hosts were wonderful. We arrived by bike having had 3 punctures in the previous hour. I had the swimming pool to myself after a desperately hot and dusty day which was bliss. We hadn't booked to eat but again our hosts came up trumps with local cured sausage cheese olives and tapenade and the obligatory bottle of chilled Rosé. We had only brought 2 spare inner tubes with us and our last day could have fallen as flat as our tyres, but again our hosts just offered to drive us to the nearest bike shop 10 miles away - hospitality and assistance beyond belief. Remind me again why we are allowing our moronic government so even consider leaving the EU, they are our friends and this trip just emphasised the madness that is BREXIT.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: The quiet and relaxing atmosphere
Pros: Excellent, friendly and very helpful hosts made sure we loved our 2 day stay in this charming place. The guest rooms are separate from their home, but you have meals on their terrace or in their dining room with a large fireplace.
Pros: I want to stay here again! What a lovely place and such wonderful hosts! Everything was perfect and they recommended an amazing french restaurant for dinner. Thank you for making our short stay so nice!
Pros: Location, rooms and gardens
Cons: Very cold. We were quite cold (windy January) Wind kept us awake. Small heaters, but still hard to warm up. Breakfast was very minimal, but tasted good. They did provide extra blankets in bedrooms which helped.

Pros: The pool was ok
Cons: Extremely difficult to find. Accommodation poor but it was cheap
Pros: convenient, the pool was lovely
Cons: bathroom is a bit dated
Pros: Small but functional appartment, quite a big kitchen. Nice veranda, although a bit small.
Cons: No window in the bottom bedroom. Pool a bit dirty.
Pros: Easy check in and out, nice pool. Secure.
Cons: Poor wifi, the pool is open only 10-20, so if you arrive in the evening and hope to swim, then it's a disappointment. The stuff does actually not speak English, but body-language works ok.
Pros: Room a decent size. Quite location but perfect for visit to Pont du Gard and day visit to Avignon. Nice good size pool. Friendly staff.
Cons: Drove past the property on arrival and had to go back. It is to the right side of the winery. Easy once you have found it. :)
Pros: Very secure, quiet and peaceful site.
Pros: Nice motel, well located for an extended visit to Pont du Gard. Clean, well equipped, lovely and quiet.
Cons: We came by bus, not ideal as stop is moderate walk, and motel drive not good for wheeled suitcases! Also restaurants some way away - nearest at Pont du Gard bus stop was closed in evening, so went to Casa Benelli, nice restaurant, but about a mile on busy road, without pavement some of way. Return bus was very late, and Pont du Gard is really set up for car travellers too. Moral: go by car!
