It's a Best Western, but by far the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at.
the bed, clean room, simple hotel It stated a King Suite, and I felt mislead that it was a one bedroom with a King bed.
Breakfast was great. Room was clean and well maintained.
Hotel was fine Ill stay there again Reservation wasnt given to hotel by kayak I wont use kayak ever again
Location was great, hotel was clean, breakfast was simple but enough, staff was nice. Rooms are small, everyone kept tripping over bed frames, pool is small.
I didn't like the fact the housekeeping must not wash the mirrors in the bathroom because the first night went and took a shower and got out and the steam from the shower made the word redrum show up on the mirror.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a quick weekend getaway while my mother in law watched our two little boys. We had a great time and this hotel was very impressive. The front desk staff was very helpful and switched us to a room with a King Size bed after we realized we had booked a double. The pool was warm and very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. There really wasn't anything about this hotel that I didn't like. Maybe if we had stayed longer we would have noticed something, but during our shor stay, everything was excellent.
Modern furnishings and great location Coffee bar/front desk was confusing
It was beautiful. The people who worked there were so nice and really friendly and professional!!!!! They continued to surprise us with their caring ways. We have told everyone we know about this place. We had a wonderful stay and would LOVE to stay there again. Thank You so much for all you do!!! We were so so happy!!!!! Thank You, Tamara Alter P.S. We also stayed one night at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech and it was not as nice as this. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Wonderful stay!!!!!
Room was very clean and updated. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus too
Extend the breakfast at least until 10:30
Breakfast- continual effort to maintain cleanliness and to keep things supplied. Micki++ Easy use business center, fridge, one room w/ multiple areas (lounge, dining, work, sleep) Piles of towels & linens outside of rooms looked AWFUL & a 1st! Families near solo traveler, Numerous dirty bowls, broader tv selection, wanted a single but got a double twice.
Love the room and Location We were told in our reservation that we would get a king size or queen size bed and we were given two doubles. That did not make for the romantic weekend that my wife and I had planned. And when we asked about getting a single queen or king we were told there were none left even though we had root quest in our room well in advance. We are extremely disappointed.
This is a very new property, modern, clean, up-scale but with a very great price for the weekend! My wife and I entertained our son and his wife along with our grandchild..all in a two-room standard suite..and it worked out beautifully. With the full breakfast in the morning and cocktail hour and munchies for all (except our grandchild of course), it was a tremendous value. The location is perfect for shopping, and seeking out other places to eat..very easy to find off of I25--for tripping around Denver. I asked for a crib and it was delivered immediately for the grandchild. A perfect value and location for a weekend touring around the Denver area!
This was a great place to stay with kids. I took my daughter and 4 grandkids and all had a wonderful time. The adults love the separate room to sleep and relax. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.
we enjoyed the facilities. the rates and buffet breakfast every morning and the happy hour. wehave our family reunion there every year and like the openness of the lounge as it give yoy a place to gather. we enjoy using embassy suites for what we do with our families and friends .we will use embassy suites again next year.it has everything we need .your service was excellent and hospality was great. hotel security was just hovered around a person .made you feel uncomfortable.kids in swiming pool area was always being watched and told to not make any noise. just being to strict.always watching. just felt they were to strict.
Happy hour was great and made to order breakfast nice except for the glue fumes from the carpet being replaced Renovation, fumes and noise from construction and carpet glue, broken furniture in the room.
Breakfast was good and complete for all tastes, rooms very clean, conference rooms for every size, quick multiple elevators A 30.00 charge being put on my charge card for "just in case I incur an expense" and then taking days for it to be refunded back into my account. I did not knowingly authorize that charge.
This is our 2nd year staying at this location for our family reunion and the atrium is a wonderful gathering place. Great value!!
The most dirty and disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The room couldn't have been cleaned in days. It had cat hair all over the couch.
The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and concerned when I thought I had a problem. It was resolved and I thanked them for their help and concern. It seemed a bit on the tired side, but I was not disappointed in the facility.

It was pet friendly, and offered a continental breakfast
Hotel was nice and good location. Rooms seem a little outdated but was clean.

Everything was great as was at the front desk. She was very helpful and friendly. no complaints
The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in need of renovations. Many times when we went to the front desk no one was there. The water tasted very strange. The sheets on one of the beds on the first night were not clean, and housekeeping did not clean the room the 2nd night.
The staff was friendly and let us use there breakfast area for a party for free.
The room was big Pet hair everywhere. We even switched room and it was just as bad. Very dirty.
It was a last minute checkin and checkout, so I did not really get to experience it enough to fairly critique all aspects. No
The bed was comfortable. The shower head was held on with Scotch tape. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. The shower was filthy looks like no one and cleaned it. I don't think I'll ever stay in a Days Inn hotel again. The management didn't seem to care about any of the problems there. But they did offer me a free night stay and they're dumped again I said no thank you.
The room seemed like it was undergoing maintenance and they just opened it up for stays. The smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling, the hair dryer was pulled off the wall and in the overhead storage, the bedding had cigarette burns, the bathroom and sink were dirty, the TV was wobbling all over, and there were cleaning supplies left in the bathroom(maybe I was supposed to clean it myself?).
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. The king bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They opened up the pool area on our request. Also, the hotel was actually very easy to find. In case you do have trouble, just keep following the road and you'll get there.
The staff was very nice and very helpful. The rooms were also very well maintained.
That we were only here one night & front desk lady had a good sense of humor. Location was excellent. Unclean, hairs on the sink, constantly hearing the guests above us from 2am stomping around till 6am. Smelled like someone died in the room before us. King bed was so so and the pillows were absolutely horrid, if you ask me you should bring your own.
Dog friendly Rude front desk staff, smell of pot in hallways, AC in room smelled moldy, bedding was dirty, elevator floor had dirt and food on it, security doors on ends of building were broken and allowed anyone to access hotel. This hotel is not in good shape and it appears people are living in the rooms as permanent tenants, as evidence by grow lights in one of the room's windows. The walls/ceilings are thin and rooms are very noisy; the noise was so bad that I ended up sleeping in my car. Definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.
The price was about the only good thing. Booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with full size beds. They moved us to the smoking floor when I booked a non smoking room. The TV was outdated, the beds were very uncomfortable, most of the lamps in the room didn't work.
It was great, had a mini fridge and a good shower. Was clean and quiet. Good location and I was overall very happy with everything, especially since It was basically half the cost of everywhere else! N/a
The location. The room was not very clean, bathroom floor had not been mopped in days if at all! No extra towels provided when asked for.
The rooms were clean, staff was friendly Rooms were extremely small, had a worn look, need a remodel. Breakfast was not adequate, competitive with other similarly priced hotels in the are. Should have included some warm items, maybe some scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausages. Breakfast was inadequate.
room, near mall, decent breakfast, happy hour, pool, and fitness eqpt. noisy outside hallway, safe in room is broken, bathroom door warped -difficult to close room 137
I had just called off my wedding and needed a place to hide out. I found the Element online and it was just what I needed. An efficient, modern room with a kitchenette, super comfy bed and great view. The evening happy hour was a nice way to get out among other people. The pool area was sparse and could have used a hot tub/jacuzzi, fountain -- something to jazz it up a bit. An onsite spa or massage room would have been a welcome addition for the true unwinding experience.
Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Great customer service, free breakfast spread in the AM was a good assortment :)
Great experience. Good rate, clean room and all Eco friendly.
Easy access to to streets for travel around city. Staff made the stay . room was in good shape. No real family amenities, this is a business stay hotel, if that is what you are after this is a good place. road construction in getting into hotel.
Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Very friendly bed. Had to wait until 5 to check in as room wasn't cleaned yet. Other than that excellent. Lots of plugs for multiple devices. Great wifi signal. Didn't have time to eat the breakfast so can't comment on that.
Comfortable sleeping arrangements for a family with 2 teens. No kitchenette.
This hotel was excellent. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly & efficient. Reasonable price included free internet & breakfast.
Room for look and close where we were going Spa was Luke warm . Though we were getting a king size bed got queen size. Noise level from above was like they had paper wall. Room405 must had a party until 4:15 .wife let me set them straight made me think I was a flea bag hotel . Next morning went to get breakfast but was out egg and bacon had to wait about 20 min help was wipe down outside wall
Checking out Cheap mattress Cheap pillows Pull out sofa was awful Kids running/crying below our room sounded like they were in our toom. A very poorly built hotel. Bathing lighting was awful. Whatever the sheets were washed in made your skin just itch. My family all had very itchy skin wherever these sheets touched you. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again. The manager had zero care when we expressed how terrible the mattresses were.
We were greeted by very friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Check in was straightforward. The room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was quite sufficient. This was a great value! N/A
Excellent facilities and fantastic value. Clean and modern accommodations with a great staff. Bathrooms a little small.
The location. This was a horrible experience from the time we walked through the front door. All the staff was in a meeting about an inspection they had just had. I stood at the front desk yelling "hello" and finally someone came to the desk stammering an apology. This was approximately 4pm and they didn't have our room ready, they didn't have another room that we could have so we had to wait in the lobby 45 minutes for this whole process to happen. (that's 45mins I didn't get to spend with my grandchildren) When we got to the room there were no tissues, just an empty box, no water cups and I would be willing to bet they couldn't have found a cheaper toilet paper even if they had tried. It literally fell apart in you hands. The towels were rough, I don't think they had ever seen fabric softener. The phone next to the bed didn't work and the information on the phone was inaccurate and outdated. I went down one night to get a candy bar from the front area, myself and another guest stood there for probably 10 minutes until finally I left the $2.00 on the counter and went back to my room. My card key didn't work, thank goodness my husband was in the room. I went on the TV to give feedback on our stay but that application wasn't working. I found the manager to be rude and obviously needing more training to do the job she held.
I liked that it had a washer and dryer to clean your close with.. It was also in a great location. The beds were a little tough and the bathroom is small
The staff was friendly and helpful, they had a very good complementary breakfast with more than just muffins and pastries like some hotels. The room was clean, they had an in-room safe, extra towels, and extra pillows of different firmness so you could find one that suits your preference. There were many places to shop and eat from fast food to fine dining within 1-2 miles of hotel. Also close to prominent businesses in the area. Although it is supposed to be non-smoking. I noticed a smoky smell in the hallway. The hotel interior is showing some age, however the rooms were clean. Swimming pool area is outside and visible from the parking lot. No privacy.
Nice spa. Decent value for breakfast. Close to my office There were hairs in the tub when i arrived. Super Gross. The Room service ended early in my opinion but at least they had the littele convenience store set up.
staff very friendly and helpful isolated location, room needed maintenence
Very clean, great customer service, very comfortable. We had don't distrub on our door! We were there for 2 nights! Didn't really won't anyone on our room! But, house cleaning still came in while we were out.
Expensive for what it was, staff was tacky, felt like a truck stop. Went to marriott very close by the next night for twenty dollars less and was much better quality and staff were very professional.
Location and access to highways was great. Overall it was a good hotel. Advertised with an inclusive breakfast, but you had to pay for the breakfast. With no other restaurant within walking distance, you were very limited to their breakfast bar.
Check in and check out were quick and easy . Rooms were clean . we enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer
Clean, quiet... breakfast was worth every penny. No liquor license bar was closed down
I liked that our room and everything around us was really quiet and peaceful. Smelled and looked very clean as well. I booked a room with a tub/shower. They put us in a handicapped room. I went to switch rooms and the man told me that they only had showers no tubs. When i paid an extra $15 for that...I would have been like ok whatever, but when i went to turn the shower on there was a huge leak so i was mainly getting sprayed in the face..There was also no fan in the restroom so i had to keep the door open which i like a warm bathroom. Having the door open did not help.
Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast wasnt bad at $11.00. If you like to explore in your down time this hotel is not for you. Nothing within walking distance. Would recommend fir a buisness traveler. After checking in I was trying to nap before a meeting but someone randomly walked into my room using a key? Breakfast isnt included it $11.00 and there isnt any places close ao $11.00 is really your only option.
Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast is yummy and filling! Check out time is not until 12 noon so that makes it easier to get the kids up and ready. Even though the pool is heated it is still too cold to enjoy. We witnessed a few families leave after 10 minutes because it was just too cold.
The room and facility were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was delicious! I had reserved two queens because of four guests (two adults + two kiddos) and was "upgraded" to a king with sofa-sleeper. I'm pretty easy-going so it was okay...but it still bothers me when hotels take it upon themselves to change my reservation. Other than that the stay was great.
Even though it was further from Denver than I had hoped it was easy to get downtown. Room was nice. Location to shopping was great. When the people above me showered it sounded like I had a cascading waterfall next to my head. Walls were thin.
Friendly staff, clean room, quality breakfast I had to book my room online as I waited in the lobby since I found a rate that was $15 cheaper at hotels.com. I think it would be a good business practice to price match. Hampton Inn would get to keep more of the profit.
Staff very helpful Full length mirror needed in the room Coffee in lobby for very early departures
Hotel was really nice. Staff very friendly. Location great! No
Very hospitable... love the cleanliness ...overall always a great experience staying here. Nothing
Good value and in the area we needed.
Staff is friendly and accommodating

Just a very nice comfortable hotel
Location Hotel employee, our check in person, charged us for our room when it had already been paid for in advance. We had to call and ask about it after we saw the charge come thru our bank account. Her response was a flippant sorry it will take a few days to com
location cleaning staff left the last guest's ice cream in the freezer. Not pleasant. Free WiFi not available in room

Fancy. Super nice staff Hard beds
As a solo traveler, I like that the hotel was busy and active. my room was spacious and clean. I only stayed for one night but overall the experience was lovely. Front desk attendant wasn't the friendliest. He wasn't rude by any means but just didn't seem willing or happy to help. Additionally, the location is out of the way. I didn't realize just how far outside of Denver this hotel was.
The place had a resort flavor to it. Quiet, isolated yet near town. The staff was helpful, friendly and genuine. Room was well designed and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly full with a pleasant courtyard for eating and a small but nice pool.
The hotel was clean, well-located and the staff was friendly. The constant slamming of doors. Our "next door neighbors" banging on our door all through the night (they keep thinking it was their room and they were drunk). Cleaning staff ignoring Do Not Disturb sign and banging on the door.
We had our grandkids over to use the pool and they really liked it. They would come early to clean the room and one day it didn't get cleaned. I didn't like that they didn't have a continental breakfast. I don't think I will stay there again for this reason.
We chose to stay at this hotel because they allowed pets with an additional fee. Upon check in our dog began investigating under the bed and pulled out scraps of food. Gross! My husband brought it to the attention of the front desk. The staff at the front desk said they would have to check with management. On our second (and final) night we were woken up at 11:55pm by the fire alarm. We began to dress assuming there would be an evacuation. My husband went to the front desk again and he was told it was an error and they would get the alarm off as soon as possible. The alarms throughout the hotel are equipped with a siren and strobe light. For 45 minutes the strobe light flashed in our room. They managed to silence the siren for most of the 45 minutes (it sounded at least two more times after the initial alarm) but there was no escaping the strobe. During this time, the front desk clerk checked in at least one guest and responded as though a flashing strobe in our room in the middle of the night was not a big deal. The next morning we received a letter with our final bill explaining that there had been a popcorn fire in one of the rooms and the alarm failed to send the alert to the fire department automatically so there had been a delay in their response. It also stated "Please stop by the front desk on your way out so we may try our best to assist with you current stay." Our bill was for our original booking amount minus the $75 pet fee to compensate us for the food under the bed. When we stopped by the front desk they said there was no compensation to be offered for the alarm incident. We left very tired and disappointed. While I understand mistakes happen and systems have glitches, good customer service goes above and beyond to show guests they are valued. The Holiday Inn Express in Parker - Denver did not show us that kind of service. I would not stay there again and it leaves me questioning further stays at any Holiday Inns.
