Cons (-) The front desk staff was extremely rude and argued with my daughter about us needing an extra blanket/pillows, there were 4 of us in a king bed room due to a mix up. The front desk lady told me daughter that all four of us can fit in a king bed so she doesn't need any blankets. There were bugs in our room.
