Pros:
I had a big problem in the beginning ... but Sophia (manager in Cedar Rapids) was absolute amazing. She fixed the problem immediately and made me fell much better. I have rented from enterprise many times and she fixed the issue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her.Cons:
Make sure you have plenty of staff in the evening to help with customers. Once again Sophia made this a great experience and I hope she gets a pat on the back on how much I appreciate her efforts to fix the problem. She restored my faith in enterprise by going above and beyond the call of duty.10.0 Wonderful

I rented the car for airport pickup. I was told, at pickup that rate was for a pickup downtown and I had to get myself there. Off airport pickup was not brought to my attention when I booked.2.0 Poor

I booked this reservation about a week before I arrived. Found out about 4 days before that I would be unable to keep the reservation. I could not cancel online and had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to a rep who tried to charge me $100 cancellation fee!! Ridiculous. Won't use Hertz again. I then told her it was covid related and she waived the $100. Guess a lie is what is required!!!!2.0 Poor

Dropping of and picking up was gray. Staff was great.Cons:
Smelled like pigs. The Dodge van was the biggest piece of junk. Shook like a wooden rollercoaster, bounced like a trampoline, no USB plugs for phones. The radio controls where horrible. I would never buy one, or rent one.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I called to inquire as to what I should do if I could not make it to the scheduled return time for my rental. The woman, who spoke poor English, took it upon herself to charge my card for an additional day without my permission. This caused my acct to be overdrawn. When I tried to explain this she repeatedly told me she did not charge my card however I called my bank and they confirmed the charge. When I called Alamo back they said there was nothing they could do but refund my money which would take 3-7days and they had nothing to say about the overdraft fee. All this for what was just supposed to be an inquiry.8.0 Very good

Moved my fiancé from Iowa to Boston. We got a brand-new Dodge Caravan with fold-flat seats, SiriusXM radio, and the flex-fuel capability which was a major money-saver. Was as smooth as you'd expect of a car under 15k miles.Cons:
The van had a lot of someone else's trash inside when I picked it up. I spent a half-hour cleaning it out after picking it up. There were chip bags, pop bottles, grease streaks, and a persistient stickiness to the steering wheel that required dish soap to remove. I suppose this is the price paid for a low rate.Budget

Pros:
The pick up was not easy, I had to move my trip a day later because there weren't any cars available. When I arrived, the lady had the wrong reservation and I think this because the series of issues that i had.Cons:
I waited so long at pick up for the lady to find and clarify my reservation. The rental car was fine. Then when I returned the car the charge was over $100 more. The I wish I was charged the rate service, she not could not help me!!8.8 Very good

The vehicle we received was clean and ready to go at the appointed time. Gas mileage was much better than our own vehicles.Cons:
A couple of features were not on the vehicle that we are used to, such as backup camera. Possibly if we would have requested a higher priced vehicle it would have been included?10.0 Wonderful

Super fast pick up and very simple drop-off. Car immaculately clean, in great condition, with full tank. Pleasant staff. I was able to make sure I received a car that fit me (I am a small person and not all drivers' seats work for me, even among compact sedans).10.0 Wonderful

My flight was delayed due to bad weather over the Rockies, and by the time I arrived at my destination their booth was closed. I tried calling them 3 times during the day to alert them and no one answered (kept on hold every single time). They did not attempt to call me, and also did not leave the keys for my pick up. I ended up stranded at the airport trying to find transportation to my hotel. Awful experience.National
