Pros:
They allowed me to book and didn’t have any cars available. They called me 20 minutes before I was supposed to go pick it up asking me to wait until the next day to MAYBE get a car . I just flown into Champaign and I was left strandedCons:

Cons:
The car was about 1/8 below a full tank. And then the car showed that one of the rear tires was very low which I didn’t notice until I was off the lot but it made me a bit nervous while on the highway.10.0 Wonderful

EVERYTHING! Rented car through Kayak/Priceline, but the location rented from in Savoy had ZERO cars available - at all - and could NOT honor reservation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!8.4 Very good

Pros:
Staff were very friendly and professional. I had to wait a bit, but they were very courteous. I didn’t especially care for the fact that when I got my rental, it had only about 1/4 tank of gas. I forgot that and filled it up before I dropped it off.Cons:

Our confirmed reservations were not honored. After driving for over an hour to location to pickup car we were told there were not available. Confirmed reservation were worthless.Cons:

the older woman was helpful and i was pleasantly surprised to get a bigger car even though i had requested a kia or similar. since all she had on the lot was an Equinox i got that at the price i had planned to pay. Thank youCons:

Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff. Excellent choice and condition of vehicles. The pick up location had a choice of vehicles we could take and when we indicated we have lots of luggage, the staff correctly suggested the Ford Explorer. Kudos to the staff.Cons:
Perhaps there could be a small map with arrows indicating the exact drop-off location. Sometimes Google maps will not bring you to the exact location but somewhere there and in a city like Chicago, you have to figure out the exact spot by going around in circles4.0 Mediocre

No one told us that 21 cannot rent a minivan. We wasted our time to rent this car. And i didn’t find how to cancel to reservation after the lady at the drop off location told us we can’t rent.9.6 Wonderful

There were no cars left - I took a taxi to get to a location with no cars and then had to pay for a taxi to go to another car rental location where I just made it before they closed.9.2 Wonderful
