Car did not have an owners manual and took a considerable amount of time to figure out all the buttons, dials and displays. Returned the car two days early but could not get a refund directly from AVIS they told me to go to the booking company but no clue where to even start that process.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The experience started pretty rough. There was only one guy working so he ended up being about 45 minutes late opening. Pretty sure he was checking cars, mileage, fuel etc. However myself along with five other customers were not aware of this until later. Two were quite upset, I was just frustrated from waiting so long.10.0 Wonderful

We reserved a premium suv a week in advance for a family trip to Colorado (4 adults and 2 teens). I called mid-week to make sure they would have one on friday, he assured me they would. Arrived there as planned to pick it up and they did not have a premium suv. Tgey offered the 12 person cargo van, but we couldnt see it being comfortable for a 16 hour trip and we couldn't fold down the back seats to slide our numerous pieces of luggage in.
