Cons. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, and the room was very dirty.
Pros. Staff was nice
Cons. The rooms have seen better days, rooms smells like smoke even though all non smoking rooms, dirty towels and sheets
Pros. Nice updated room. Extra pillows were received, Thank You! The young lady at breakfast gave me muffins even though they were out and it was just about 9am end of grab and go. Providing this is a great convenience for busy travelers. Thank You! Great value! Thank You!
Cons. Stained sheet, spots of blood stain on top sheet, dirty carpeting between the beds, lots of fuzzies like the vacuum didn't work? or wasn't used, the shower didn't get very hot, it was a limited heat and I would have liked to have had hotter water. I mentioned the stained sheet and unvacuumed carpet to the front desk receptionist, she didn't give me much response. We needed to get to University for our son's music audition so I didn't have time to discuss this further. Workers are smoking just outside the front door is not a good thing, and stinky. Terrible for people who are allergic. While I do understand the addiction, and sympathize, it would be better if they took turns far far away from the front door.
Pros. Everything appeared to be fresh and recently remodeled.
Cons. They are using LED lighting which is good with the exception of the color temperature of the lamp. Lighting color is measured in Degrees Kelvin, Incandescent light is about 2700 Degrees Kelvin, LED lighting is available in several color temperatures For some reason, 5000 - 6000 K is most commonly chosen, possibly because it appears to be brighter than 3000 K. The Journal of the American Medical Association recently published an article on LED lighting where they found that the combination of the glare produced by LED lighting and the grayish color of 6000 K is not good for the human eye. Their recommendation is reduce the glare by using lower wattages or to shield the light so we don't see the direct light. Their second recommendation is to use color temperatures not to exceed 3000 Degrees Kelvin.
Pros. I loved the location.
Cons. Room was clean however there was one washcloth that had red dots on it, which was folded and left there by what I would imagine was staff. I put it on the floor. The next day after the cleaners came in I saw the room was straightened and saw what appeared to be new washcloths rolled under the vanity sink. I grabbed one to wash up and it was the same cloth with red dots and now had floor smudge on it. This was the same washcloth that I had thrown on the floor and moved under the sink area to be picked up the next day. After that I straightened my own room and asked for toilet tissue and towels if needed. I stayed 6 nights. If they did not care enough to give me a new wash cloth I was not able to trust in their respect for my things.
Pros. Excellent value and clean.
Cons. We had a terrible experience
Pros. I love the remodeling
Cons. No fridge
Pros. They upgraded our room and we stayed in a newly renovated place. Friendly staff, 24/7 free coffee - tea. Comfortable bedding, clean linen. Cleanliness was at its best. Good place for a budget.
Cons. Noisy bathroom fan.
