Pros:
The Chapel Hill desk employee was very courteous and friendly. He was careful about checking the car over before I left. The car's electronics included Android Auto, which allowed my phone's functions, including navigation, to be displayed on the car's entertainment screen. Great!!2.0 Poor

They called and CANCELLED my reservation. Said he had ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES to rent to me. I went immediately back on kayak (and other websites) and saw NUMEROUS listings for vehicles at this EXACT LOCATION10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Staff at pick up and delivery were awesome. It was very quick on both ends too. The car was great and the perfect size. Loved the Jeep Compass. Drove very smoothly and gas mileage was great. I highly recommend Budget!Cons:

We got there and were informed they couldn’t confirm same day rentals and there was no car for us. We had to book a different car using a different platform from a different location. It was a waste of our time and energy.2.0 Poor

The was no customer service at all and they only offered me a different location at twice the rate I was originally confirmed for.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I came to get my rental and they had given my car (the last car on the lot) away! I was within the hour. There was NO notice that the timing would be any issue (they waited 30m and i was there 40m after the hour). I could not get my rental in a time I needed. I am extremely angry and disappointed at their behavior and the fact that none of that information was shared. Unacceptable on multiple fronts. This place should not be allowed to give out reservations that they cannot back up.8.0 Very good

The staff was so kind, patient, fast, and helpful. I was ao stressed today and my brain felt like it was moving so much slower than usual, but the staff member who helped me really changed my day for the better.Good to know
