Pros:

The Chapel Hill desk employee was very courteous and friendly. He was careful about checking the car over before I left. The car's electronics included Android Auto, which allowed my phone's functions, including navigation, to be displayed on the car's entertainment screen. Great!!

Nothing. No rental happened.

Cons:

I came to get my rental and they had given my car (the last car on the lot) away! I was within the hour. There was NO notice that the timing would be any issue (they waited 30m and i was there 40m after the hour). I could not get my rental in a time I needed. I am extremely angry and disappointed at their behavior and the fact that none of that information was shared. Unacceptable on multiple fronts. This place should not be allowed to give out reservations that they cannot back up.
