The pickup was pleasant, however I realized, about a mile down the road that the tank was only 3/4 full. That’s a highly disagreeable situation, and given the egregious prices Hertz charges for topping up a tank, it’s completely unacceptable to receive a car with a partially empty one. The car, a Kia, was in very nice condition, however, over longer distances in the drive, the seats turned out to be quite uncomfortable. The Hertz agent at the return location was kind enough to swap out for another vehicle - this was greatly appreciated, and the gentleman at the final return was super nice and helpful.
