Very courteous staff. Walked around the car with me to inspect it before I took it. Called me a few hours before drop off to ask for the time I was planning to return the car in order to meet me. We rented a bigger car (accenture or similar) to fit our bags and ourselves, when the booking went through and saw kia picanto, we thought it had to be a mistake, at the counter we were told it was in fact a kia picanto since they dont have the other one. Told us to pay more for a bigger car.Hertz
