Pros:Very courteous staff. Walked around the car with me to inspect it before I took it. Called me a few hours before drop off to ask for the time I was planning to return the car in order to meet me. I did not have to return it to any parking. They just met me in front of the airport and took the car from me.Reviewed Apr 25 2021

They Scammed meCons:Had to pay the full amount when I got there which I thing Kayak made me pay a partition amount. Plus!!! The made me pay an extra 500$ for deposit by card and was told that I will get it back in 14 days, I returned the car in excellent condition and did not get MY MONEY BACK!!!.Reviewed Aug 21 2017

Cons:I did not get the car upon landing due to the fact that the agent claimed that the reservation is not appearing on the system. I need clarification for that noting that I have paid USD 27.5 for car protection to third party insurance company.Reviewed Oct 30 2016
