Stacey & Hector are Amazing!
Pros: The patience the team displayed with me was awesome and heart warming! Due to a mistake with the call center I wasn't fully prepared for my rental as far as full documentation- Stacey was extremely patient as I scrambled to find someone to help me out with my rental, all in all I was at the office from about 8 am - 4 pm on CHRISTMAS EVE! Thanks guys it's hard to find patience and good customer service nowadays- you gave me hope this Christmas Season!
Cons: The stipulations with renting, another form needs to be added; or more forms of credit/debit accepted. My wait was only so long because I was using a pre-paid AMEX. I'm not one to really wholeheartedly trust banks so I use third party pre-paid. Cash should be used and accepted too!
