1st rental didn't have the vehicle an wouldn't honor the price. 2nd rental the guy wasn't helpful at all and the place didn't have a key drop box. The cars was all scratch up and the interior was a bit gross so overall not great.
Enterprise was a the worst ever. Car was not ready at pick up time. They tried to give me a mini van when I had rented a SUV. Then was told to pick up 2 hours later, and 1 hour later was told that car I had rented out was not rentable because of some exhaust leak. This place is just the worst.
I never got this rental. I PRE-PAID so check-in would go quickly. They asked for a $200 deposit on top of the rental fee of $123 which was already paid. They claimed to only accept credit cards for the deposit. I offered CASH...refused! I offered the exact same card that pre-paid for the rental...refused! I filed a claim for a refund. Hertz refuses to refund saying it's Kayaks place to refund and Kayak says Hertz is responsible. I don't care who gives me the refund. I spent money on a product/service and I DID NOT RECEIVE the product/service so a refund is required and justified. Extremely disappointed in the entire situation.

Would of been nice if they had actually charged the price they quoted. Even better would have been if they had paid the unpaid tolls on this vehicle instead trying to stick me with someone else's tolls. Very dismissive when told about the unpaid tolls.
