Was missing window scraper. Car was from Florida, the windshield wiper fluid was not freeze proof. It froze solid in Pennsylvania. I had to stop several times, go to gas station to clean windshield so that I could see. THis was annoying.7.6 Good

Pros:
The staff were friendly, and the car we got was a great car (I'm not into cars at all, so it is rare for me to say that). We were going to return our rental about an hour past the time we picked it up. Technically that counts as a third day, but the staff member said she would save us some money and charge us for only two days — we certainly appreciated that.Cons:
The wait time was a bit long, but I think they were especially busy that day because of a storm the day before that had damaged a number of cars in the area. But they were staying cool and friendly under pressure, so not much for me to complain about.2.0 Poor
