Pros:
There was nothing good about this experience,I returned the car a week early,still waiting for a refund.I am a COPD patient and the car smelled like an ashtray.I could not deal with the smell and returned the car actually 9 days .I spent 90 minutes o hold with Hertz try to drop off a car to their location .I was told there was no drop box,as I sat in the lot a woman return another car an showed me where the drop box was located.I was a nightmare,will never rent from Hertz again. The weekend staff was horrible on the phone..I was transferred to Road side assistance and placed of hold for 90 minutes finally hung up when the other car was returned.2.0 Mediocre

Pros:
When I got to the place I was given a free up grade to a full size car. The bill came to what I was quoted. Staff was friendly. I rented the car for two weeks for a round trip to Texas. I was happy and would go back.10.0 Excellent

Pick up was great and the associate was very helpful. Liked the fact that everything was on the iPad!Cons:
I dropped the car off at a different location and the associate told me he could not give me a receipt. He said the branch that dispatched the car will send me a receipt via email. This was 10 days ago and I still did not receive a receipt. I emailed the branch where I picked up the car for the receipt and still no response. I'm still wondering why there is an extra charge on my credit card and will probably contest the charge, unfortunately! Plus - $100 charge for dropping the car off at another location? I knew that upfront, but common!10.0 Excellent
