Pros: the car was good
Cons: No one at the airport knew about ACE. Had to call up a US number to get a local number to find a person that could help me find out which other car rental company had the ACE franchise. Later out it turns out that the insurance I purchsed online did not really cover and thus I needed to purchase a new one

Disorganized and overcharged
Pros:
Cons: We could not find the rental agency. Employees of other car rental agencies helped us find ACE.
They overcharged us and tacked on additional fees after we dropped off the car.
