There was a little bit of a wait for pick-up - another clerk would have helped. But everyone was courteous and it was very efficient. Interior of car could have been a little cleaner.

Their office was closed, I couldn't pick up my rental, and they refused to issue a refund. It was borderline impossible to reach anyone on the phone, and email support wasn't helpful either, so now I have to dispute this with my bank. Never again, NEVER rent from Sixt. What kind of name is that anyway? Trying to make a number into a verb? WTF. F these guys, bunch of clowns.

Drop off was fast and fine, but pickup was slow. There were many employees just standing around while only two (eventually three) were helping customers. Though the person helping us was pleasant and professional, she couldn’t type which added to our pick up time. All in all, this wasn’t a show stopper for us; we’ll use them again if their price is right.

They refused to give us a car we had pre-paid for because the computer told the counter we were "blocked," but they couldn't tell us why we were blocked or help us resolve it. We had to find another car on a Friday evening. Several days later, someone called and told us the accounting department had blocked us. Customer service repeatedly refused to transfer us to accounting to resolve the block and repeatedly refused to let us talk to a supervisor because they "were all in a meeting." Customer service hung up on us twice. It took over a week to get our pre-paid money back and in the meantime, we still had to pay for the car we ended up renting for a much higher price. Now they want a "cancellation" fee from us. They are, without a doubt, the worst.

Cons:

Given a car equal to what I paid. (Full size vs. economy that I received initially) Told there was not a fee to drop off vehicle at another Enterprise. Was charged $100 to drop off the vehicle at different location.

Vehicle wasn’t bad.

Cons:

Audio system inoperative. Billing policy not explained clearly; charged an extra day despite returning vehicle at scheduled day and time. I feel ripped off.

Horrible experience started from returning the vehicle. We waited a good 3 hours for the lunch break but it says in the note that they will be bacvk afcter 30 minutes what a waste of my time. This location is not good when it comes to time management besides that other people before us were outrageous because of their service been with other car rental and they are way better than this one. They did not even bother to explain anything when I pick up the car not like other rental car they just basically hand me the key and thats it. I will never rent a car from this company sorry you guyhs have to hire a better people if you want to stay in business.

Reserved an SUV weeks ago. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle was met with a shrug and a "sorry they didn't bring us any cars". I asked why no one called me to tell me that there would be no vehicle for me despite having my name and number on their list for several weeks. I received another shrug and an apology from the young woman at the desk. Terrible customer service. Will never consider this location again.

My car was not ready for pickup on time, so I had to wait 45min for them to get it ready. After dropped the car off I supposed to receive my receipt, but till now I haven't receive it yet. Price was good compared to other companies.
