Cons: The schedule for their office hours was wrong and they where closed when I arrived. Hertz wanted double the money for me to pick the car up at another location. This will be the last time I use your service for a rental car. Horrible horrible horrible

Awesome and enjoyed the vehicle
Pros: I enjoyed the van and all the gadgets it came with.
Cons: Would have enjoyed it having the Virigina HOV pass since I had more than 3 people.

Room for improvement
Pros: In person, the staff at the Fredericksburg, VA office were very nice and helpful. I dropped off after hours, and I realized that I forgot to refill the fuel, I called the office first thing in the morning and they allowed me to come back and fill it to avoid the $9.99 a gallon charge. Once I was able to find a location with a car for an exchange (due to car issues) they were quick and friendly.
Cons: The original car I rented to drive from VA to IL had some issues, the major one being that about 2/3 the way through my trip, the RPMs were running very high, and as I accelerated to merge onto the highway it was rather shaky and loud. When I arrived to IL, the Fredericksburg office was closed, so I waited to call until the next day to see what my options were for my return trip. I tried 5 times the following day, and no one answered. The day after that, I decided to try the office one more time before calling corporate. They answered and said that I could take it to any Hertz in IL. I was in rural IL, so once I found a location that was still open (as in, not permanently closed), they could not guarantee that they had a car available. I then called another location (1 hour away) and they said they could have a car within an hour. I arrived approximately 1.5 hours later and they told me they did not have a car available, but directed me to drive across town to another location. Once I arrived, they had a car and it was a quick process.

Cons: I did not like that when I went to pick up the car they charge me an additional $200 for a deposit in a sneaky back handed way. First they said I needed to swipe my card to verify that it was the one that was used in the online purchase, and told me that they were not going to charge me anything. Then they said that they where going to hold the $200 deposit until the vehicle was returned. The deposit was not release until 5 days after the vehicle was returned.
Additionally, the vehicle was really dirty and the power supply did not work so i was not able to charge my phone.
Pros: Good customer service, car clean and in great condition, easy drop-off, got a discount for the poor pickup timing.
Cons: Reserved a car online for a morning pickup time, and arrived at the rental office to hear that no car would be available for several hours. they explained it was an interface issue between the website and their actual reservation system, so that the website allowed me to reserve a car that did not exist. Luckily, I had a little flex time in my schedule, but was disappointed.

Pros: The ease of booking, walking in and picking up. Betty the customer service agent was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Turning in the car was east as well.
Cons: The car smelled of smoke and seemed to have some mechanical issues. But it was great for my needs.
Pros: The Elantra was a pleasure to drive and the staff was helpful at both pick-up and drop-off.
Cons: There were fees I did not know existed that doubled the $40 a day cost. I don't even know what CDW stands for, but it cost me $22. Also the liability coverage was advertised at under $10 and I was charged $13.

Cons: They claimed it haf just been cleaned, but it didn't look like it. The seats were extremely dirty and it took 45 minutes to just pick up the car

Fast and best value.
Pros: Needed a pick-up and enterprise had the best price. Brand new ram 2500. Customer service was good.
