Cons: Did take about 20-30 minutes for the car to be prepped and ready. Car was clean. Not a big deal for me, But might be for some.

Cons: I'm spoiled with my car at home, it's quiet and smooth. The Hundai I rented was great but I could feel every bump in the road. It's not the renter companies fault.

He had to redo the contract 2 times because of the excessive add ons that Budget attempted to add. Rep was very slow and tried to distract me with chatter. Car was late and rep said that he tried to call us while we were en route to pick up to tell us the car was late. Although we were picking up the car in Rockford he called NJ.
