Cons: Pick up was kind of a joke. The car wasn't ready for a few minutes, and then the lady led us through a back room that was so disgustingly dirty, I would have been ashamed, and out the back of the store. The guy was still vacuuming it and there was still a carseat in the back. Then he had to re-vacuum it. They should have cleaned it and then drove it to the front where we inspect it and drive off. But, they did the same thing to the customer before us.
We also dropped the car off about 8 hours early. We only had the car for about 10 hours, but the price wasn't any different. That wasn't surprising, but disappointing.

Pros: The sales woman was very understanding and tried to help us get our situation taken care of and out problems fixed
Cons: 1st thing was time to pick up the vhicle was 10 am i went there they said vehicle is under service and they gave me vehicle at 11 05 am. My schedule was messed up. They added other hidden fees. I bought the insurance while booking online but they added other insurance cost in it.

Cons: Apparently, I accidentally selected an off-airport rental site.
When I arrived at the ON-airport site, they simply said I had no reservation at their location and that I'd have to get a ride to the off-airport site. When I tried to call Hertz at the 800 number on the Kayak reservation I'd printed out, I repeatedly got an "all circuits are busy" message.
I gave up on Hertz and rented from the company adjacent to their booth.

Pros: They did help me but resevation was at a different location than the airport. So i had to pay an up charge and wait for an hour for a car.
