The windshield wipers were so bad that it was a significant safety hazard. I was caught in a rainstorm on 12/23/21 going over the grapevine in CA and it was so dangerous I had to pull over several times. The windshield was like looking through two or three layers of wet plastic wrap. I couldn't find a store open, otherwise I would have purchased replacement blades myself. I was scared to death to drive this van. When I called on 12/26 to complain, the manager of the store told me (verbatim)! "This was the first big rainstorm of the year and we have no way of testing or knowing if the windshield wipers work or not." I swear, that is exactly what she said. When I told her how frightening it was, she even disclosed that SHE rented a car from her location and had to purchase wiper blades for the vehicle.They offered me a discount on my next rental. No thank you! I'm not dumb enough to ever want to rent from these jokers again. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Booked for SMF airport and your system relocated my pick up elsewhere in Sacramento and had the return back to Sac rather than Oakland. Disaster won’t be using your service again. Took me 3 hrs to get another car and on the road AND paid $122 per day instead of 70. 💩 phew
