KAYAK
Enterprise was a the worst ever. Car was not ready at pick up time. They tried to give me a mini van when I had rented a SUV. Then was told to pick up 2 hours later, and 1 hour later was told that car I had rented out was not rentable because of some exhaust leak. This place is just the worst.

Drop off parking lot was not well marked for specific rental company. The lot was exposed to bad weather and was icy when I arrived. The walk to the main entrance was challenging.

1st rental didn't have the vehicle an wouldn't honor the price. 2nd rental the guy wasn't helpful at all and the place didn't have a key drop box. The cars was all scratch up and the interior was a bit gross so overall not great.
