Pros: I didn't use the car!! All car rentals SHOULD be able to be changed or cancelled and I was highly disappointed to learn that my reservation was not able to be changed or cancelled.
Cons: I put MKE into the location to rent the car, only to find out when I got to the rental counter that MY rental was on the NORTH side of Milwaukee, over 30 minutes away. The lady at the rental car counter informed me that Hertz was out of cars. I ended up renting from Enterprise and WASTING almost 150 dollars I had PREPAID for this rental.

Redirected to pickup location 30 minutes north of the Airport.
Cons: I had to pay for a cab to go and get my rental car, and for another to return it and get to the airport. Worst service ever. I will never use Hertz again.

Terrible experience, very disappointing
Pros: There was nothing about this experience that was positive.
Cons: The people were horrific. They weren't empathetic to our needs. They were dismissive and rude. We thought we had rented from the Hertz at the airport. The women there was unwilling to help or change the reservation. We then spent $40 to take an Uber to an inconvenient Hertz location. Once we arrived there we were told that our car had been rented because we "missed our appointment". They did not have a car for us and were unwilling to help with options. They were so dismissive continually adding that we hadn't arrived at a stated time so therefore they had no obligation to serve us; mind you we were here for my mother's funeral. The stress, unwillingness to help, and the character of the Hertz represeatives were so awlful that I have vowed never to use them again. I was quite saddened by the poor treatment, rude behavior, and their lack of empathy. it was the worst car renting experience I have ever had.

Car great, staff not so great
Cons: Each employee I encountered had no regard to customer service, next time I will use Enterprise.
Cons: Online charged my debit card on a rental car, but at pickup time Ron said I couldn't rent it because I didn't have a credit card. He asked to provide most recent payment bill statement and proof of my vehicle insurance. After I did, I still couldn't rent the car because he said I also need to provide a check stub. I was like really? Omg...I couldn't do anything but left, and asked for a refund, which he didn't help me right away and said he'll do it later.
