The return was far better than the pick up location.Cons:
Car was sent out under full tank. Not company standard. Miscommunication between locations. Was charged for a full tank refuel and waited 3 weeks for reimbursement/compensation for the mistake. Several long, unnecessary phone conversations.10.0 Wonderful

Hi had requested a vehicle that would hold at least 4 luggage pieces and they gave me a vehicle which only had Room for 3 luggage pieces.. I wasn't so much interested in a vehicle brand Just a vehicle which I had requested that would hold at least 4 luggage pieces.. that made our trip somewhat uncomfortable since What of our luggage pieces had to go in the back seat with 2 other passengers9.2 Wonderful

I will never use Hertz again. They are liars, use shady business practices, and steal money from their clients. They are very unorganized and have terrible communication. They don't care about their clients and don't seem to care about getting repeat business.Enterprise

Cons:
Enterprise called me a day before and told me they had to canceled my car as they had high demand for the Holiday and they did not had the car that I reserved many days ago. They told me they couldn’t do anything that put me on a waiting list to see what day they could have a car available.!9.6 Wonderful

Cons:
the car was not ready when promised and took a long time to prepare. The dashboard was smeared with grease. The gas tank was on empty and I had to get gas before I could even go home to pack the car...a ploy to get more gas in the tank at the end of the trip!!Budget

a lot. First off, Google and Apple Maps had a hard time finding the location, it was showing it in a different location than it was. When I called, the lady was rude and not very helpful. When I showed up she was short and not very friendly. The car was dirty, scratched, dented, etc. Dropoff was easy (hopefully I did it right). Parked and filled out the form and dropped it in the box.10.0 Wonderful

Customer service was terrible. My appointment was for 4pm, no one was in the office till 420pm. It was dirty when we picked it up. It wasn’t what we wanted. Very dissatisfied with the whole thing. I’ll never use Avis again.8.0 Very good
