Pros: Cost did not change, even though I was provided with a premium SUV!

No cars available...
Pros: The second Enterprise location went above and beyond to fill my reservation as best they could.
Cons: Kayak made a reservation for a full-size car at my local Enterprise. Apparently there is a disconnect between Kayak and Enterprise because when I got to the store there were NO cars available. They had to send me to a different Enterprise which only had 3 available and it wasn't the car size I reserved.

Will not use Coeur d'Alene Enterprise again.
Pros: Car was not clean! Gas tank was half full; would need to fill tank before beginning trip. Car had obviously been smoked in. Did not leave lot - canceled.
I will use the rentals in Spokane from now on.
