Pros: Process was streamlined. They were very friendly and personable, answered all of my questions. The car was great- new, clean, zero problems
Cons: I didn't get a confirmation call until a little over an hour before I was due to pick up. If I hadn't called back, I wouldn't have known what to bring due to using a debit card.

Everything as it should be for me.
Pros: Enjoyed the relatively close location, the amount of parking available, the vehicle itself(Suburban) provided all the roominess that I had hoped it would.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and professional. During a hectic morning and busy office, I did not see any of them stress out. They apologized to everyone and did the best they could. Great multi-taskers. Especially Pierre he was very attentive to customers waiting and pleasant to talk to on the phone. The car was comfortable and very clean and got a fair (not excellent) rate for a week. I always rent from a competitor but this time enterprise beat the price so I decided to go with you. I am used to an automatic upgrade but was still satisfied with rental.
Cons: Wait time for pick up and drop off was longer than I like however they did the best they could.
I do feel that if the marketing aspect of Enterprise is " We will pick you up" you need to include only if your within "?" miles. I live less than 5 miles away and was out of pick up range which unless there is an enterprise like Walgreens on every corner, that is misleading marketing.
Pros: 1) I was happy to be able to rent car the afternoon before for the next morning.
2) Though there was an issue with pickup due to system being down, I appreciated that owner/operator letting me take car after taking picture of my license and credit card for input into system once it was back up again, so I could get on my way. He also provided me free upgrade for the inconvenience and let me choose the car I wanted, which I also appreciated.
Cons: Pickup was at 8:00am and rental office scheduled to open at 8:00am. However, even though he had been there since 7:00am, the owner operator/president didn't open doors until 8:40am since system was not functioning properly due to storm the night before. We had talked to him at 8:05am on phone and asked if he could at least open the doors to let us sit inside since it was cold (there were two parties waiting); he said he would but didn't until over a half hour later after we had called him again.
