Vehicle was great - pickup they tried to tell me they didn’t have a vehicle available and wanted to deny me since i was a same day pickup. I had reserved a vehicle nearly a month before Dropping off was amazing but i still haven’t got my emailed receipt 3 days later

There wasn't anything wrong with the service I got from Thrifty. The poor rating was intended for Kayak. Through this service I was able to reserve a vehicle that wasn't available. I don't know anyone that has nothing better to do than waste precious time online and on the road in an effort to find creative new ways to waste more of their time. Thank you Kayak for making just a tiny part of my life a complete waste. After all, I'm gonna live forever, right...

You guys could have a better grasp of inventory. I was sent to 2 different places with reassurance that they cars only to be told they have nothing. I even spoke with customer service line who said the same thing. After giving me the run around, I was told very nonchalantly and rudely ’there is nothing we can do for you. Try again tomorrow. Goodbye.’ Very inconvenient and inconsistent. Very little care about peoples time or plans. Should change a lot of things.

They ripped me off by Making me pay $65 to refill my gas tank due to saying that there is no gas available in Georgia during the crisis. The very next day every single gas station was open and so that was not true. I only used one quarter of a tank of gas. I am going to never use project again

When you book and pay for a vehicle, it should be yours for the entire time. After 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time my car was unavailable and I had to rent a higher priced vehicle plus a $200 deposit.

The customer service at pickup was terrible. Gentleman behind the counter barely spoke and when he did it was almost unintelligible. Individual would simply get up and walk off, with me having no idea what was going on. Check in took an extensive amount of time. I asked about entering my rewards number and received no response and no entering of said number. Guy walks outside, no idea where he’s going and stands beside a car (I assumed it was my rental). He takes a video walk around of the car, shoved me keys and handed me something to sign, then walked off
They let me book with a debit card, then refused to rent the car to me with that same debit card. I didn’t bring my credit card with me on my trip. They wouldn’t let me do Apple Pay with the credit card. I couldn’t get the rental. I had to call someone with a credit card in hand to meet me there (my credit card was in Tampa while I was in Augusta.) then because I was using a different card than what I booked with, they said they couldn’t use my original reservation. I ended up paying TWICE as much for the rental than what I agreed upon. Would never recommend to anyone!

Had vehicle booked a couple days ahead of time for 0700 pickup. When I arrived to pick vehicle up they told me they had no vehicles available and that they wouldn’t have any until the afternoon. Completely ruined my trip
