Car rental was for my father in law on a Saturday. He was on a do not rent list and the number we were given to find out was open Monday to Friday. We had to go to enterprise! Upon calling Hertz Monday they indicated file was clean “ we do not know what issue was”. A bad joke, frankly.Kyte

I showed up and was told there was no car for me. That it would be 3-4 hours and they may have a car. How can I like anything about this? I had to take my family to my dad’s funeral in two Ubers.Cons:
If they know they won’t have a car could they call me? Cant they found a vehicle in another agency rather than having me show up on time to leave in absolute frustration? And telling me things like “at least you have not paid for it” or “you can try at the airport”. If there was a negative customer service score, this would be it.6.4 Okay
