Pros: When I went to pick up my car, the computers were down and the rep had no idea how to proceed. The 1-1800 number sent me to another location that didn't have any cars. No communication between corporate and locations. Wasted 2 hours I didn't have, and still wasn't able to get a car.
Cons: when I arrived at the pick up location nobody was in the office. when she did finally arrive I was told no cars were available. as this was a pre-paid reservation and I had not been notified I was surprised. the woman working the counter was extremely rude. thankfully enterprise was able to fill my needs, and with no rude, disrespectful employees. next time I will use enterprise for sure.
