Pros:
pick up was good in milfordCons:
the office for the drop off in providance was closed and did not have a key return - I had a train leaving 15 minutes before the office opened. I ended up leaving the key with the building security guard who gave it to the staff when the office upened. It made me uncomfortable and I was disapointed4.8 Mediocre

Cons:
I made my reservation for 6pm through a third-party site (kayak). And I was not notified that the shop closed at 6pm, or that it was urgent that I arrive on time because the staff leaves right away. So when I got there, at about 6:08pm, everyone was gone. And I called the customer service line but they said there was nothing they could do. So it was irritating that I had to pick it up the next morning and pay the full day price for just a couple hours of use. Also, when I came in the next morning, the staff member skipped over me to help the man that came in after me while I still waited to be helped. He knew that I came in first but greeted the other man and helped him while I had to sit and wait for the other staff member to finish up with his customer. It was very uncomfortable and strange.5.2 Fair
