Cons: They made me to stay in a long wait and yelling at the customers. Thats a bad sign. You don't want your customers to be treated that way. The car is out of shape and they din care about it. It was so bad, that I have to return the car before the expected date of delivery. Anyways I expected a lot from Enterprise as I usually rent cars from them, but this is the worst ever journey....

Staff was unbelievably rude
Pros: The car was fine.
Cons: The staff was so rude. When I declined the insurance, because I purchased Kayak's coverage the manager came over and was so condicending to me. Another staff member, who was supposed to be helping me, stopped and started processing another client whom he apparently knew. Lastly, the entire office was full of customers complaining about their experience with this location.

Pros: Return was easy
Cons: I used the airport code to find a car. Booked economy. Got to the airport to pick it up and they told me I booked it off site and that location was already closed. (Why would it let me book the car if I was booking when the location was closed?) So the airport said they could only get me a full size and I would have to pay for a full size. According to the employee, this happens to people a lot.
Unacceptable. Not using Enterprise again.
Haven't received email receipt.

Pros: Upgraded the car at no extra cost after I pointed out inspection sticker was expired.
Cons: No model of vehicle requested, wanted more $ for another car, inspection sticker was expired. Took 30 min longer than I alloted. Said insurance I bought from Kayak wouldn't work. Still don't know what was up with that.
