Somehow my airport pick-up was switched to train station -which is not easy to get to. Fortunately the airport desk was able to switch things around for which I am eternally grateful. Staff was very kind and helpful. The car was just what I needed and in great shape. The overall pick up was very slow for everyone not just me with the location switch. Roughly half an hr per person.
