Pick up and drop off was easy, and the car was easy to drive, had good gas mileage, and was decently comfortable. I had a small leak in one of the tires, and Firestone fixed it for free (billed Enterprise through an agreement with them).Cons:
The tire leak did cause me to lose a day of use. The place I picked it up from closed early on Sunday and I had trouble getting in touch with them about needing to drop off my car later than I had planned.9.6 Wonderful

The car was super clean, new and comfortable. The young lady checked us in and out with no problems and was really nice. Over all I enjoyed driving the little soul.Cons:
I didn't like that the car wasn't ready at the pick up time. Also, it may have been due to the weather but the car had problems starting on some days. The car wasn't very eco friendly I feel the miles per gallon should be informed to the customer as well.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
They upgraded us because they didn't have the economy car we wanted. Also, when our plans changed they worked with us to make sure we didn't get overcharged.Cons:
