Clean staff was friendly
Fantastic location. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Very clean (including our room). Lovely and esthetic design. Great view of the city (from a higher floor room). Overall great! The Portsmith restaurant menu looked really good, but we did not try it as we already had many other reservations in the City.
The spa itself (facilities, decor, etc.) were really nice, modern, super clean and noticeably newly remodeled. We got the couple’s massage (classic Swedish). While the masseuses were exceptionally nice and highly professional, I didn’t walk away feeling like it was a wonderful and relaxing massage. It was just OK. Maybe that was just me...? While they have a sauna, unfortunately the men’s and women’s is strictly separate. Thus it takes away from a “day at the spa” experience for a couple wanting to hang out and enjoy together. That was a bummer :( The Apogee rooftop bar/terrace with views of the city was a key draw for me. We only went up on Friday or Saturday and unfortunately the vibe was not at all pleasant - extremely loud, tasteless music, bad lighting and that “classless club” vibe. We walked out immediately. It’s probably much nicer on a regular weekday, since it’s essentially a club, open to the public, on weekends. But we didn’t go back during the week to check it out. Maybe next time...
The room was amazing and loved the view to the city. Close to everything.
Amazing weekend away here with my fiancé. We enjoy every second of it.

The award-winning restaurant is highly recommended to guests during and given 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor. It is located on the main floor of the hotel and serves guests and the outside public. Also to note, there are two lounges offered...One located on the roof and the other on the ground floor. Apogee Lounge brings you imaginative and eclectic cocktails, in a swank and relaxed environment, on the rooftop, nonetheless.
