Pictures can be decieving
The entrance is modern... pictures look nice. Google chromcast comes in the room.
No coffee machines in room, have to go downstairs through lobby, through connected restaurant to get small 6oz cup from coffee shop. Pictures show king or two double beds... we got one single queen size bed. Room was tiny - I’d say less than 300 sq ft. Sinks were half size so no where to store toiletries. Def European chic but website said it was 4 Star hotel... lamp had stains on it. Would not recommend.
Bed was comfy, location was great, overall esthetic was great. It was a really nice place and I'd stay there again.
Staff mistakenly woke us up at 7am, thinking we had ordered breakfast. We never had. The room was VERY small, with no fridge.
I liked the hotel overall, but I must give a special mention regarding the bed. The king bed had memory foam, and it was extremely comfortable.
There was nothing of mention that I didn't like.
Very well managed
I like the scenery and location. The hotel room was very modern. Clean & smelled great.
bed was super comfortable
room was super small
under new management - new MGR incredibly rude
I have been staying here for years - front desk staff is all new . The girls that used to be there are no longer and somehow now its all men. They are cold and dont understand how to treat guests. The new Manager is absolutely awful and hopefully you dont have to deal with him as he treated me , a repeat guest for many years like dirt.
Personal belonging Stolen
I would have given this stay 4/5 stars had not my Fitbit been stolen. It was not misplaced nor left somewhere, it was stolen which isn't obviously unacceptable. Everything was top notch including the view, but if I don't feel safe leaving my things behind, what's the point?
Clean, comfortable room, but rocky service
The hotel is quirky, clean and comfortable. Compact rooms for people looking for a comfortable place to sleep but don't need all the bells and whistles. Everything was clean.
The girl at the front desk checking in was mumbly and hard to hear. Waited 5+ minutes for a valet attendant to show up (we were the only people there at the moment). Then we were taken up to an uncleaned room. Storing our bags in luggage after we checked out was a similar struggle finding an attendant that was supposed to be there. Fortunately there was one of the staff members who continually helped resolve the issues all weekend long. He was very professional and willing to do any job with patience and a smile. Please hire more staff like him!
Great location, friendly staff, reasonable price
Room smelled like smoke
Cute hotel in great location
It looks very chic walking in. The staff was all young and super friendly. The air smelled like it was diffused with something. There was a small bar and restaurant attached, which was convenient. Room was small but clean and nice. Staff suggested a boat tour and also booked it for us AND printed off directions, which was really helpful.
The room was very small.. I kept hitting my shins on the edge of the bed. My friend and I stayed there together so it made for a pretty tight space but we didn't spend a ton of time in there so it was fine. Also, no breakfast, just free coffee. We ordered towels at one point and no one ever showed up.
Good in concept
The staff was nice, and hotel was pretty much what I expected except as noted:
Elevators were a little weird and didn't work as expected Room was deceptively *tiny*
