Not much.
They didn't have our room ready until 9 pm at night. Terrible!
Amazing place with amazing staff
I liked so much the staff there. Beginning with the management of sam
Actually the hotel is far from the activities and there is not enough public transportation from there to the main parts of the city except line 3. This is something to work about. In the breakfast buffet there is no eggs (fresh omelet) and when you ask it's take a lot of time.
Great service, very clean and comfy room.
Everyone from the door man to the front desk staff were very friendly. We received exceptional service.
I loved it
Very enjoyable stay in lovely rooms
Got a great price for an amazing room. Good on premise restaurant. Easy access just off freeway, adjacent parking (pricey).
Parking should be free or subsidized for hotel guests.
Would stay again and again
Room was clean and well appointed; staff were friendly; fitness center was phenomenal
Hated it
The price was the cheapest we could find
Everything was wrong the do not disturb sign got taken off somehow and we were still in the room when they tried to clean it and the beds were too soft and caved in. The pool wasn't fun or relaxing at all and there was no hot tub. It was our honeymoon and they didn't even say congrats when we told Them that at check in. The ice machine was broken and when we asked for an extra sheet we had to call three times and it took an hour to get one. Also there needs to be a continental breakfast or at least some fruit we can grab instead of waiting in a stupid long line just to buy an apple or water. We hated it there.
Nice
Fast valet , nice accommodation, not a bad location.
Expensive parking.
Comfortable business stay
Good hotel from a dependable chain, with convenient deli and ATM inside, direct access to the convention center next door, generally helpful staff. My room was not stylish but it was spotless, comfortable and larger than I expected. Location was fine, easy to get a taxi. I did not try the restaurants or deal with parking.
The hot water in my room was not dependable. The lobby of the hotel had an overpowering strong cologne smell - it was like they were going for a 'signature scent' of 'too much Axe.'
Would stay again
We arrived early on our flight and the staff had no problem checking us in way before the regular time. Very accommodating and incredibly friendly staff. Facility was clean and well maintained. We plan on staying again next time we are in Chicago
Best place if you are walking to Soldier Field
Quick, safe walk to Soldier Field at night with kids.
Coffee pot in closet, didn't find it until we were leaving.
