Beautiful hotel. Visited during COVID, staff and hotel set up with safety in mind - masks, six feet apt guidelines etc...Bonus was that the hotel's rooftop restaurant was open. Clean hotel and professional staff.
There was nothing wrong with this hotel at all - it was clean, rooms were cozy, quiet, staff was kind and helpful. There was also nothing that overly stood out and made me want to go back, either. View was alright but not great.
Everything was as it should be, this hotel just didn’t leave a huge impression. Would be great for someone who strictly needed a place to sleep or for a business trip.
If you want to stay in the best hotel in the city, The Gray is the only place to stay. They get it.
What was there to like? Just a place to sleep.
No coffee in room. E $69 parking per night! Difficult place to get to.
Front staff and Bartenders were amazing
