Great hotel and staff
Pros. Great service and great location.
Pros. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had a great stay and felt well taken care of. Rooms are well appointed, will definitely stay here again in the future!

Pros. Great, attentive staff. Terrific location by the river. Comfortable bed. Lobby Door staff was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Cons. Expensive for what you get. Room a/c is on energy saving computer load management, so it can take ten minutes to respond. River view 7th floor deluxe king Room had one uncomfortable arm chair, and a tiny sliver of a window that allowed one to see the bridge over the river, but, no water or boats. Exercise room was a joke, just A universal and dumbells. Free morning coffee a plus, but offset with tiny cups and mediocre coffee blend. Free evening wine was nice, but unlike far less expensive embassy suites, no snacks offered.

Pros. Great location near the CTA, riverwalk, theaters, shopping. Dog friendly! We have a Lab/Great Dane mix that we took along on a weekend. There is an off leash dog park 2 blocks away.
Cons. The parking is expensive if you use the hotel valet. You can save about half if you book a spot at a nearby garage through spothero or another site.
