Front desk and other staff very kind and helpful . We really liked the hotel, very nice and comfy! Elegant too.
Valet staff was no help at all. We didn't know what to do and they thought we should it seemed like. We assumed, as is the case at other hotels, they would take our car. We went inside to find out we had to drive all over the place to self park. That's not what we wanted. I don't know how the mix up happened but it wasn't pleasant. It was probably the concierge was the problem not the actual valet staff.
The historic building was beautiful. The location and view were also excellent.
The hot tub in the gym was barely warm.

We loved the bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and the service extraordinary. The staff were uniformly courteous and friendly. Grand old hotel.
Set the thermostat lower in our room on the 28th floor, but the temperature was unchanged 14 hours later.
