I waited for 1.5 hours at the rental office. I was seen fairly quickly but the paperwork process took forever. When I finally got my vehicle, there was a low tire pressure warning. I mentioned this to the attendant at the rental office but she said they couldn't fix it. So I went to a nearby gas station to get more air. But as I was driving off the warning light came back on and I could hear a hissing coming out of the tire. There was clearly a tear in the tire. They offered me another vehicle but that then took more time to process that paperwork. The car was clean but overall a bad experience.

Anthony and Alex out of the Milwaukie, OR location were amazing. They were thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. The two of them made us want to go back to Hertz!

Well you could I'd been open like stated in the reservation instead I wasted my time and gas to get there then when I call to switch to another location don't charge me 3 times as much and a half hour away from the original place I was told to go. I will never do business with hurts. Not a good business looks.
