Pros (+) Liked location convenience to conference and friendly and accomodating staff.

Cons (-) Temp of water of shower hard too control to very scalding hot water. Appeared to be under renovations. Had to ask front desk for new batteries to make the remote work for tv to operate in room. Final bill was incorrect since it didn't account for the tax exempt form given when I checked in, but corrected immediately when pointed out at check out.
