Pros: "This flight was so late that I couldn’t take it and had to drive from Chadron, to Denver Colorado in order not to miss my international flight from Denver to Montreal."

Cons: "The flight was supposed to leave out of Cortez at 6am, the pilot showed up at 620am, and we did not depart untill 635am. Because of this, we missed our next flight out of Denver. There was no reason this flight should have been this late. When attempting to talk to boutique air staff at the airport and on the phone there was nothing they could do. 1. Because we "choose" to fly and 2 bc it was bought through a 3rd party. No one was able to help us. Unfortunately our next flight to Omaha only departs every 2 days. The closest they could get us to home was 7hrs away from our car at the airport. It was not frontier fault that we missed our next flight, it was clearly boutique air. The pilot in Cortez was a complete jerk, had no sense of time or urgency. If we are required to show up 90 minutes early, so should the pilot. We were stranded in Denver unless we wanted to buy all new tickets for around $800 or wait 2 days for next flight . I was very mad at boutique and their staff was less than accommodating or understanding. Very poor service. They would not own anything because flight was bought through kayak."

Cons: "At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!"

Cons: "Was I in a bad re-run from Wings? Spent 10-hours in DIA courtesy of Boutique suddenly not having a 'plane'. Later in day the line was, "waiting on pilots", while said pilots had lunch in plane. Joke, horrible, horrible."

Cons: "My flight was canceled twice and delayed once so much that I could not make my connection. I ended up having to rent a car rather than fly with Boutique. They will supposedly be reimbursing me for that but I have not received it yet. They would not reimburse me for the money I had to pay to change my connecting flights. I ended up missing two full days of work."

Pros: "I've never traveled in a plane that sat 8 people but I was an exciting experience. Our pilot was excellent and the landings were so smooth. Boarding was a breeze since there were only 3-7 passengers. I would definitely fly with Boutique again."

Cons: "Scheduled to fly Cortez, CO to Phoenix at 10am xmas morning. Delayed until 11:40. At 11 it was delayed another hour. At 12 it was delayed another hour. At 1 it was delayed another hour. At 2:30 it was cancelled. Ridiculous lack of communication. We assumed it was weather, but eventually they told us it was mechanical. We had to drive 7 hours to get to our vacation, mostly at night, partially in a snowstorm with icy roads, and of course the 8 hours home later in the week. If we had known they would cancel in the morning it would have been much less stressful for all. Or better yet - have some airplanes on hand in case of mechanical failure!!"

It's really shocking that I was not notified and I want to be reimbursed for the hotel and flight the next day"

Cons: "The flight delay caused me to miss my connecting flight in Denver. I then had to pay $165 to change my flight. None of the airlines helped waive this fee. This is Boutique's responsibility as the delay was due to "not having enough fuel to get to Denver." This should have been accounted for prior to the 10min before the flight was supposed to depart. I am incredibly disappointed with Boutique and the lack of customer service."

Cons: "There were 5 passengers on the flight, 2 checked in a bag for a total of 2 bags. My bag was lost. In reality on flight 438 Boutique Air lost/misplaced 50% of the passengers luggage. The staff is trying to get my bag on the next Boutique Air flight which does not arrive in Nashville until Sunday. I may be moved from Nashville on Sunday. The baggage needs to be on the next flight heading to Nashville regardless of the company."

I don't blame her at all -- she got it fixed, and we were only delayed 10 mins or so in the end. To make things perfect, that part of the process would have been full-proof."

Pros: "I flew Boutique from Nashville to Greenville for a business meeting and flew back the same day. I could not have imagined it being any better for the price point of the flight. That was the first time being on a plane that small and I actually like it much better than flying on the larger jets just for the fact that there are far less people. There is no waiting for your zone to board. People are not falling on top of you to put things in the over head bin and so on so on. This flight almost felt like just hopping in your personal car and arriving at your destination a hour and a half later. I would highly recommend this airline and if they and would really like it if they started a flight from Nashville to either Pensacola or Mobile."

I hope that this is a successful business as it was very pleasant, but a lot of things need to be worked out to become more popular."

Cons: "The overhead air vent was FREEZING and stayed on until we were in flight. We were not allowed to retrieve our checked luggage directly from the plane, we had to walk (long walk) to the baggage claim and retrieve it there. It would have made the shortness of the flight even better as we would have been able to just walk from our Boutique flight to our connecting flight's check-in window."

Cons: "The flight from Columbus to Chicago was originally suppose to leave at 6pm we had a 3 hour delay and did not leave until 9pm. This delay caused anxiety because there was a connecting flight ahead and we were afraid we would miss it."

Cons: "Sat in the very back row. Seemingly had less space than any other row and got hit by every person walking to the bathroom. I know united can’t control how often ppl go to the bathroom but this was a rough flight with constantly having ppl out of their seats. Crew was great!"

Cons: "The boarding at the first flight from Columbus to Washington was the worst flight I ever had, peoples who worked there were really rude and disrespectful not to only me but to a few passengers especially a lady who worked at the ticket both."

Cons: "Our originally scheduled flight out of CMH was cancelled within minutes of getting through security. We were told to wait for another flight-which was scheduled to depart 3 hours EARLIER, but had yet to depart. 3 hours later THAT flight cancelled, and we were rebooked for a flight the following day. So we were out our first night's accommodations as well as transportation to/from the airport that day. The next day we boarded our scheduled flight, sat on the tarmac for awhile, then went back to the gate and de-planed for some unknown reason. We were then re-booked on a different airline. THAT flight was then delayed, which would have caused us to miss our connection to EDI. The ticket agent worked for an hour to find us a flight to EDI that wasn't going through Newark (delays from hell) or Chicago (weather from hell). She finally put us on a flight with an all-too-brief layover in Amsterdam after a connection in Detriot. At this point we have boarding passes coming out our arses, It's 5pm and I haven't eaten since 9am, and we're STILL not out of our departure city. Our projected arrival time was going to cost us ANOTHER night's accommodation, as well as cause us to miss previously paid for engagements. 2 more delays allowed us to finally land in our destination about 40 hours after our original itinerary, with no apology or effort to amend the situation in any way."

Cons: "We each had one bag- a backpack for him and an incredibly small roll bag for me. We were told we absolutely had to check the roll bag as space was limited. There were 3 off duty flight attendants sitting next to me and each had 2 large bags. Multiple other people had multiple oversized bags they were allowed to carry on. This infuriates me. I brought one bag, and a smaller than regulation one at that and I had to check it because other people were allowed to bring multiple bags. If you know a flight will be a tight squeeZe, limit people to one bag each."

Then, that flight was canceled but the booked me on another airlines. At first they were going to make me wait another 24 hours until I had told her that I had already did that once. The desk clerks were rude on every encounter."

The crew announced the inflight entertainment and gave directions on how to use it. Thirty minutes later, they informed us it wasn't working. So nothing to distract us from the horrible temps!!! Pull this aircraft out of service and fix the temperature!!!"

Cons: "We are two active duty members flying to take our son to our parents for us to get ready to go on deployment. When we arrived there the line was almost an hour and a half just to check bags we almost missed our flight. When we got to the counter ans told him we were both military flying on orders and asked to be tsa checked he had no clue what we were talking about so this kind woman helped him do his job, needless to say he was a manager. Once we got out tickets the seat assignment said see agent so we did. He hands us our tickets and we are a plane length apart. Let me mind you we both just left our child for a 8 month deployment overseas. We asked the guy if it was possible to get seats together wouldnt even acknowledge we were speaking to him. So we tried again he held his hand in my face and told me he serviced me and to please step back. Ive been bawling 2 hours straight from having to leave our son. So we stepped back. Then in the line this couple comes up and they were looking for seats together, i kid you not he gave them seats together! I will NEVER EVER fly united every again. Thank goodness for this kind gentle to switch me seats on the plane because i was crying i had to leave my fiance after i just had to say goodbye to our son for 8 months!! I was so shocked!!! I will tell every single person i know to never use united! You guys should be ashamed of our company! I will inform every active duty member i come across!"
