Pros (+) It wasn't a particularly enjoyable visit so, no much.
Cons (-) Breakfast was 40 minutes late, the milk was spoiled, charged $100 extra to allow the dog, bathroom fan and lights had failed. The lobby was also under construction but thats not really a fault, just an inconvenience at the time.

Cons (-) Very noisy. We could hear doors slamming at 11:30 pm and at 6:30 am. They did not sound like room doors but more like employee work area double doors. Very distracting and made it hard to fall asleep.
