Pros (+) Tangie @ Front Desk! I woke up @ 3:30 AM to catch a 6:20 AM flight and was shot after driving an hour and a half to hotel. She let me check in as soon as my room was clean and remembered my 18 y/o son was visiting me from a local hospital. She was the kindest, most efficient and professional person ever! You are SO lucky to have her!
Cons (-) Bistro should be available for room service, open 24/7 and charging us for coffee in the lobby is obnoxious (penny-wise and pound foolish) given member status and high rates. Pool is beautiful.
