The associates were WONDERFUL very helpful and extremely nice...made you feel at home stayed two nights and the breakfast was different each morning and had a great variety to choice from Tv was poor sound kept getting loud then quiet was annoying also the trains were quite loud

Convenient to Rt 76 to get to Philly. Spacious, clean, comfortable. Worth the money to stay outside Philly rather than right downtown (even though the traffic on 76 can be awful depending on time of day). Half the price and twice the room. Free parking.

I stayed at the Residence Inn before taking the COMLEX PE exam. The NBOME testing center is a five minute walk away from the hotel which is very convenient. Getting to the hotel was pretty easy. I flew into Philadelphia, and took the train (Airport Line) to Suburban Station where I transferred to the R6 (Manayunk/Norristown) Line. You can transfer at any of a number of stations (30th street, Suburban or Market East), but I like Suburban because 1) the station is indoors with shops to get something to eat if you have to wait for your train, 2) there are printed train schedules available, so be sure to pick up Norristown schedule while you are at Suburban Station as it will be nice to have the timetable and a list of the stations on the line, and 3) it's crowded which is nice when you are in a strange place. The R6 then runs out to Conshohocken. The train stops about a block away from the hotel which is very convenient. A ticket costs $10 one-way which you can purchase on the train car from the conductor with cash. The train ride on a Sunday morning took two hours. The actual ride was one hour, but I just missed the R6 and so had to wait an additional hour for the next train to arrive at Suburban station which doubled my trip time. I think two hours is worst case scenario, as this was a Sunday morning and trains were running hourly. They may run more frequently on weekdays. Other students said a car ride to the airport takes about 45 minutes without traffic. The return train ride Monday evening took just under two hours from arriving at the station in Conshohocken to sitting down at the airport terminal past security. So, if you are flying into PA for the COMLEX, and are considering the train, budget for a two hour train ride, and you'll be safe to catch your flight. Since the 8am COMLEX ends around 3:30, the very earliest you can schedule a flight would be 5:30, and that is if everything is perfectly aligned. We came duriing renovations to the lobby so lots of crowded conditions down there. Also, rooms recently renovated are great-- all suites. BUT-- toilet was broken and never fixed. Front desk calls weren't answered. Chalking it up to the renovation...

Nice staff, quiet rooms, good parking area. Our room was clean and had recently been updated. I was concerned by all of the reviews talking about construction noise, but we did not hear or notice any construction underway during our stay on October 29 - 30, 2015. I live in the area and we were just staying there as a treat. In the future, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to out-of-town visitors.
The staff in the restaurant was friendly, attentive and all-around great; room seemed freshly renovated. Room wasn't fully cleaned during our stay (coffee maker was left as I used it); not enough toilet paper; I canceled wakeup call but got one anyway; no non-slip in slippery bathtub; too few towels; dozens of little boys running around and yelling in public areas (lacrosse tournament, I think).

The hotel was nice and the rooms were some what clean The service was awful. The told me the could drive me to a work event and then told me that they dont have a shuttle service on the weekend when I called weeks ahead of time to make sure of this so I didn't have to drive drunk. There was only I e person working the front desk which was Prob why she had an awful additude. And they didn't give me my cookie lol that part I didn't care much about but still thought it was funny. Don't get there breakfast it is soooo awful, powdered egg mix!? Who does that lol the only place Iv even stayed where they could actually mess up breakfast lol crack an egg you last SOB's

Needed a late check in time and the staff was most accommodating Room and Hotel were clean. Breakfast was good, we got down about 30 minutes before closing and the food was still fresh and hot.
The beds are awesome. I can't recall ever staying in a hotel and the bed being more comfortable than my own bed at home. The location is also great because it is right across the street from the KOP mall. If you don't mind crossing huge intersections, you could easily walk to the mall from there. The breakfast was also really nice, but it was a VERY long walk from the room and difficult to find. We would have been better off getting in the car and driving to the breakfast area considering the amount of time it took and the twists and turns it took to get there. I know this is an older hotel, but seriously - how is there no elevator?? It's clear renovations have been done, but one of those should have been adding an elevator to the older end of the hotel. As we were leaving, we noticed one on the newer end, but in the amount of time it takes to load everything on a cart and drag it to that elevator, we were better off carrying it up and down the stairs ourselves. Lugging all of that up the stairs was a huge disappointment and would definitely cause me to find another hotel if we stayed in that area again.
Rooms are a bit dated. Pillows were terrible.

We used the room as a base camp for the seminar and award banquet on Friday night. We intended to stay over but with ask the snow we decided to return home after the banquet. It served its purpose well. I hate sliding doors, no privacy, very embarrassing and uncomfortable
I like the location and the hotel was nice enough. Nice bathroom. Elevators seemed to make noise and seems old. no indoor pool even thought the pics that I scrolled through showed a beautiful indoor pool and was hoping to enjoy that with my two daughters. I also booked two queen beds and when I checked in they said they saw that I made a "request" for two queens but could only give me a king with a pull out sofa. That was NOT a request that is what I booked. I would not have chosen this hotel if only a king was available. I was visiting my daughter that is attending Bryn Mawr College. The attendant at the desk was nice and gave us complimentary breakfast coupons. I did use them but wasn't planning on having breakfast at the hotel because my daughter is also vegan. The only thing she can really eat there is fruit and there was some soy milk out so she was going to have a bowl of cereal. When she went to pour the soy milk it was frozen!! The server was able to come up with more from the back. This was really NOT the experience I expected but made the best of it. I plan on traveling to this area several times a year. Not sure I will give this hotel another chance. There are many choices.
My deal was for a King bed and I ended up with 2 queens. There was no change.

The room #310 smelled like cigarette smoke. And the people next door to me were drunk and talking loudly, screaming, singing for three hours in the evening. Very obnoxious. Not your fault.
The room and hotel were very clean! The curtains on each side of the window were only there for decoration. They didn't actually close. This was a problem because the light from the parking lot was directly in front of the window, which made it hard to sleep.
The hotel was very nice and the people were very friendly. I was there for the Devon horse show so we did not get to spend much time at the hotel.
The location Room condition: chair had a large stain and the stuffing was coming out; bedskirt was covered with lint "balls": needed to ask for glasses two days: bedspread was pulled back but bed was never "made", fitted bottom sheet was never totally covering the mattress: clean towels were there but at the same time the soiled towels were left on the floor: Would not stay there again.
Staff so rude. Since arrived to the airport I called for shuttle, waited for 30 minutes, the driver (Kyle) was so rude, no manners, no polite, no even good morning, was the more rude person I never meet. When I tried to check in I knew I was early, bu the FD agent Renee was also the most rude person, she never let me talk and directly told me that i have to pay 50 dollar to check in early, I asked her for the name of the manger and she gave the name on a piece of news paper and she told me that she can write the manager last name because was to long. Her attitude was complete out of the standard. Being HR Director for more than 8 years of Hilton;s hotel brands these employees need a training and understand what is customer service skills. They don't have at all. I called later to ask for a menu to buy a food, I can't believe she never mentioned to me that was a restaurant at the hotel, don't even mentioned (sell) her own restaurant, I bought the more horrible food because Renee didn't have the skill to treat and/or inform a guest properly. I expected reasonable treatment nothing else, but was the most horrible experience I had. Was no representation from the Brands either for the management company what is one of the most respectful company. So sad But I would never go back to that property, and either recommend, I have a group of people going soon for a wedding to Philly but will be so embarrass to recommend that hotel.
It's location to the airport. The dated and aging furniture and bathrooms. It would have been nice to know cost of extended parking before making my reservations. And having the airport shuttle run for 24 hours and not limiting it to only limited times.

Hi my name is Matthew and i'd like to share a HORRIFIC experience i had at one of your hotels. So i specifically stayed in the Wyndham Hotel garden Philadelphia airport. Specifically myself and 4 others booked 2 rooms for the Rock Alliegence festival occuring in Chester PA. I arrived at the Hotel at about 10 30 to 11 am and attempted to check in. Was told that i cannot check in till 3pm due to rooms not being clean. I was understanding of course but mentioned that i would be at a concert and would not return till later that night. I was told my room would be waiting for me. So i hung around the hotel till the uber arrived to take me to the concert. I started talking with others and they had mentioned that there reservations were cancelled due to an overbooking. Upon hearing that i double checked my reservation to which the woman behind the counter stated that everything was confirmed and not to worry. Okay so fast foward to 11 30pm when i return to the hotel and attempt to check in and told that my reservation was cancelled. I received no phone call no email nothing! Was made to feel as though it was my fault when i had no idea. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "wait a minute" waited about 15 mins and was told to go to the other computer. I was handed a piece of paper to call expidea and work it out with them as they cancelled it. I attempted to state that i was told earlier in the morning that my reservation was confirmed. Was brushed off and was told "There are no rooms and there is nothing i can do, here is the number to call." The customer service was appaling and i will never go back.
We get early check-in without any problem, Font desk staff well come with smile, We had AC problem in start and i call front desk and technition come in a few minutes and fixed it. My overall experience is great and i recommend this hotel. Location is close to airport and 15/20 minutes away from phildelphia downtown.
Checked in on-line. It was easy and convenient. The staff was helpful and efficient. We only stayed for one night, but would stay again in the future when we fly to Florida. The price was excellent; everything clean and ready. Can't think of anything. Our stay was very brief.
The front desk service was very rude over the phone. She did not have good customer service at all, didn't have my reservation ready after all the confusion I had to pay to check in early which I think should have been free since I had to go through so much.
I had trouble checking in because i reserved online 1 hour before bu,t the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and smelled clean and the hotel was not noisy wich was good.we had a very good night of rest. breakfast not included, for the price we paid breakfast had to be a most and that alone is the reason i will never come back, there are similar options available with breakfast included it is unacceptable th e hotel is not cheap and it should act cheap.
Room was comfortable and well laid out. It took a very long time to check in. The line was long and they were experiencing computer problems. Staff seemed stressed. The view from our room was of trash. Looks like they maybe remodeling.

Location is great. Generally clean room. For the price, it was good, but have stayed in other area hotels for similar price and had better accommodations and amenities in room and at the property. Bed was very uncomfortable.
Convenient for the sports show we were going to and that's about all. Restaurant was fairly good. No window in room, skimpy toiletries, lumpy uncomfortable bed, very noisy room near the elevator. Also, could hear through the walls.

Nice gym/pool/hot tub to relax. My friends and I stayed in 3 rooms. I was charged for parking and internet when the other rooms were not. Very unfair and tricky staff at the front desk.
No major problems with anything. Room, facilities, food were all fine for my purpose (business) for a 1-day stay. I was surprised that there were no snacks and a very limited selection of drinks in the Concierge Lounge during the day.

Had stayed here previously and don't remember the A/C problem and chose to go back again. I'd probably go return. Air conditioner noisy and cycled all night waking me up. It blew across the bed...when it was running, too cool, so had to cover up. After it stopped, it was too hot, had to kick off covers. Finally at 2am I got up and turned it off! It was not a good night's sleep! Minor problem, only one of the two elevators was running making wait time very long. Heard many complaints from fellow riders about how long they had to wait and how crowded it was once the elevator stopped.
Decent hotel. Clean decent rooms. Staff was pleasant. Youth hockey convention....kids running through halls yelling and screaming. Had to complain twice once when we got there and another time overnight.
The hotel was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Only negative was the noise from the local interstate not far outside our hotel room window.
Bargain for the cost, especially considering we stayed on a holiday weekend. Location is only 15-20 minutes from the Philadelphia Zoo, which we appreciated. Breakfast was tasty and main food items changed daily in our 3-day stay.

Clean and comfortable. The staff give misinformation which reflect the lack of training received from managers. When issues arise due to the incorrect information provided by staff, the customer is liable for paying in full. They should be honest and take responsibility for their errors, but they dont. The hotel is not accessible as stated.
I just enjoyed my time spent here with family. The pool was fun. We went about 4 times that weekend we were there. Not many people in there. Breakfast was delicious and hot. We had a problem with the bathtub and called many times. The building guy came once but no one word from anyone else all weekend.
location, property, rooms, breakfast buffet (monday - saturday) staff ignored us. card key broken, told to wait for manager. never show. eventually got keys, told manager would call, never did, empty liquor bottle under bed in room, old coffee cups left in room.
Manager was pleasant. No help with luggage at checkin, have a bad back and was in a visible back brace. Room was prepaid. Was asked for credit card at checkin and my personal checking account was charged for 2 days. Was out during the day, could only speak with evening staff. The 1st person said she would call me back about it and never did. Next night, I was told that only the manager could fix it and was not able to do this until check out. The charge was for $265. Lucky that it did not cause me to go into overdraft. It was not removed until the day after I returned home. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Food in their restaurant was very overpriced. Staff at check in were snobby and indifferent. Room was over priced, wet carpet and night table beside the bed. Sheets were changed only once in 5 days. Bathroom had a mildew smell. Air conditioning unit was very loud. Room was at the end of a very long hall. Not great for someone with a bad back.

This hotel was very clean and comfy. Location was great. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Our only complaint is the shower door, or lack of. Looks nice but since it was very cold outside, we couldn't get the heat to stay in the room, it made for a cold shower. We put towel at the door so the cold air would quit coming in from the hallway and by the time we went to sleep it had warmed up.
Bed was comfortable No signs stating when the pool and jacuzzi closed. Front desk was rude when asked about the shuttle services. Lack of courtesy, dog down the hall in a room barked all night
This hotel has full suites, so each room has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and full bathroom. They are very spacious and would be perfect for a family. Everything was very clean and fairly new. They have a free full breakfast every morning. The quality of the hotel is still that of a 3.5 star hotel - it isn't a luxury hotel. - but the rate was absolutely incredible for what is offered and the service is excellent.
Incredible value for the money. Would be a great place to use by a family for a Philly vacation (if you have a car) or a long-term business traveler. Bed was very comfortable, loved the kitchenette, bathroom was nice and big. The breakfast was way above standard, and staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved. Dust in the room, hairs on the towels, sections of carpet were stained. My refrigerator was broken but the manager on duty was kind enough to replace it himself. That impressed me.
